Erick was prompt, professional and very experienced. He diagnosed the problem, explained our options and answered all of our questions. I learned more from him in 10 minutes than any other technician before. We highly recommend! We still can't believe they were able to see us in the same day and their price was fair and competitive.

I called two days ago and was told to expect a call shortly from a tech for when to expect them. Nobody called that day. I called again the next day and was told that person was going to call the tech manager and to expect a call shortly...Still no call. Very disappointed! Even if you called to tell me to expect someone next week that would be fine, but no call is not acceptable.

Joe did an outstanding job today. He arrived on time, was very professional, hard working and very friendly. He made sure everything was working as expected before they left. Took time to explain the new system to me and my family. As he was leaving for the day, he went back for 1 last check on the new system. I would recommend HVAC Climate Control Company to anyone.

HVAC Climate Control replace our entire system in a day. The staff were knowledgeable, friendly and took time to answer all of our questions.
