My home on Clinton in Aurora had a unit installed by these guys a few years back. There were many issues with the install that we continue to have to remedy through other contractors, as First Choice’s last choice is apparently fixing their poor work. Among issues-duct work not insulated, insufficient return air flow for duct, electrical on exterior of house on ground and not done to code, primary drain not plumbed far from exterior of house and drains onto exterior, no drain pan for install of air handler. My drywall was damaged by the unit they installed, when confronted with this info they stopped responding to me. I would suggest not going anywhere near these guys, nor sending anyone you care about to them.
I would not recommend. No permit was pulled before the installation of my furnace and no inspection was done after. The furnace was not installed correctly and the contractor will not return my calls or text.

I’m sorry some here have had a bad experience. Maybe they have made some hiring changes because I have nothing but great things to say about them. They didn’t over charge, they got the work done in a single day, they handled a few complex issues and they made me feel like it was all under control the whole time. I would definitely recommend them or use them again.

This company is scamming people they steel your money only than will never respond back to your call, I have spent 300.00$ for nothing.
Very bad service
They showed up and fixed my AC around Noon, but the AC stopped working in the evening. I texted them at night and I explained what happened and I called them too many times, but I didn’t get any response from them and no one answered my calls for two days. They are not responsible.

This company does NOT know what they are doing and refuse to contact us back. There was a leak from or attic after install. They responded and advised there was a recall on the coil they installed. They replaced the coil, but we found out later from a second company (after First Choice stopped responding and no showed on an appointment) that they replaced the with a coil too small for the cabinet. That caused our system to continually freeze. NEVER use them! Save yourselves the heart ache.
these guys are easy, simple, and straight forward to work with. when my AC went out on me i was looking for and affordable and fast replacement for my it in a hot days. when i have contacted them, they told me exactly when they are going to come to my house to give me an estimate, and they were on time. they told me exactly how much its going to cost me, how long will it take to replace it, and when they are going to do it .they were prompt. i was impressed by their professionalism, manners, and honesty. they did exactly what they said they are going to do and when they are going to do it!!!

This company is Awesome my daughter lives in Denver Co, and her heater stop working she and I called all around the Denver area In was able to find a reasonable price to get her heating back working. Not only it was reasonable They came out the same day and had excellent customer service in fixed her heating! Thank You so much!
