If you don't mind overpaying and being surprised by the bill, this is your company. I feel absolutely ripped off. Literally would have bought a central air unit from them had I known.
My swamp cooler was leaking and they found the problem right away. Gave me useful information as well.

After performing the Winter HVAC system maintenance, Sean Torres mentioned some furnace issues. I was told I could have one-up repairs or replace the unit altogether. I am not one to throw "good money after bad" or put band-aids on things. I know individual repairs would add up, so I said I would have the unit switched out for a new one. Sean was professional, laid out the big picture, and gave me all of the facts, including prices/costs for a new unit. The suggestions are good in that you have options and ultimately, the work done, is the customer's decision. His honesty, courtesy, and great customer service are what keeps me coming back. I appreciate the wonderful treatment, each and every time, from Aire Serv, a Neighborly Company. Not to sound cliché, but all of my service needs are always met. I don't want to take away from the good service Sean provided and if you contact this company based on this review alone, I do want to mention that if he is not available to come out, please ask for Brett Gallegos. Brett is who came out the very first time to check my heating system. When that visit required a follow-up, Brett highly recommended Sean to handle my service needs, as Brett would be on vacation. So, you see it's not only good to have a company/business to give as a referral, but it doesn't hurt to have specific Service Professionals/Technicians/etc. to ask for, too, when calling. Thank you.
Brett is so accommodating! Our heater was starting to go out, so we called him to come out and fix it. He gave us some affordable options and we decided to just have him install a brand new heating system. The price was reasonable and he did such an incredible job installing it safely in a tight spot! This winter we needed him again and he was here within one day! Highly recommend these guys!
This morning our furnace fan was running, but the system showed no power to the thermostat and no heat. I called Aire Serv of Lakewood, and was able to get a technician out quickly. Brett was very professional and found the problem very quickly. It looks like I will need some more work done on this unit, but I might just contemplate replacing it since I don't know how old it is. I highly recommend this business!
Brett was amazing! I called in a panic because my heat stopped working tonight and it's -8 - he was so nice and got me in the queue and came over as soon as he could. He listened to the troubleshooting I had already tried and didn't treat me like I was stupid (which I really appreciate as a woman!). Brett and I had a nice chat while he had the system run through it's paces. He solved my problem expediently and stayed long enough to make sure the system was working properly. I will definitely be calling them again for my future heating (and cooling) needs!

Brett and Sean did a great job at my house installing three heating systems. They showed up on time, paid attention, and when I asked them to work hard, they really worked hard.

They have been a great company to work with for a couple years. Calling to make an appointment twice a year, and the subscription makes it really affordable.

Aire Serv is our go-to for HVAC needs. They installed our Breezair Evaporative Cooler a couple of years ago and we use them for seasonal service.
