A new furnace installed in Nov. '22 and a new AC installed in July '23. Orlando was our technician both times, and we couldn't be more pleased with both experiences. From the diagnosis and estimates, through the communication and appointments, all the way up to completion - everything was great, and we would absolutely recommend their services to anyone in need!
Brian was early, fast to diagnose and repair our AC. Good communication and friendly phone dispatch. Great experience!
Orlando Sotelo just finished the instal on a new furnace and AC units in our home. He was very professional, efficient, and did a great job of hearing our concerns and responding well. The pricing was better than average. The top notch customer service sets this company (and Orlando) above other companies. We will be using and recommending them in the future without hesitation.

This company is awesome. Nobody likes to have a water leak... Or no heat. I have an old boiler heating system and it's hard to find someone that works on those. The Bee does! And they came out fast! Orlando and the Bee are our heroes! Orlando was professional, kind, on time and he fixed the problem pretty fast. I'm keeping their number for sure!
Obed Santanna, from TheBee, just left our home, and we are completely satisfied with him and his company. We were pleasantly surprised when he entered our home as he was here doing maintenance on our air conditioner a couple of years ago. It says a lot about a company when they maintain their employees. We found their pricing very reasonable. The reason why we had them back is they have integrity and didn't overcharge and oversell us like one of their competitors. We will not hesitate to call them again, and we recommend them to anyone.
Orlando was awesome. He diagnosed our heater Parr that needed to be replaced and got it fixed quickly. He was friendly, prompt, and went above and beyond. Thank you Orlando!
I needed a company to come out and check my (old) furnace to make sure it was still operational and safe. I called The Bee Heat & AC and they came out within a couple of days! The person I was corresponding with on Thumbtack, where I found them, was so courteous and professional and answered my questions beforehand. He had mentioned that the visit would be free (first time customer checkup), but I fully expected to pay the trip charge! When the technician finished checking everything, and even replaced the filter, he gave us the "all good" news which I also wasn't expecting, and told us there was no charge at all! We were so surprised by how honest and thorough they were, and will have them back to our home should anything need fixing for our furnace or swamp cooler! Excellent company. Highly recommend!
I am blown away by the service that I received from Bee HVAC! They were quick, affordable and super professional! Russell came out quickly to provide an estimate and answered all of my questions. Orlando and Anthony came today to install the new furnace and water heater, the original plan was for 2 days work but these 2 knocked it out in 1!!! They were both super friendly, on time and most importantly they did top notch work! I would not hesitate to recommend Bee HVAC to any of my family. You have won a customer for life! Obed did a thorough check of my system. He was very conscientious and worked hard to find the source of a leak we suspected. Professional manner and excellent work ethic.
I called after first getting a quote from a competitor who said the blower was broken. I have a 20 year old system and was already going down a complete replacement path. I called to get a competing quote. The tech asked if he could take a look and found that the capacitor, which is a much cheaper part, was dead and replaced it. His competence and honesty saved me thousands of dollars! I will tell all my friends and come back for all future HVAC needs.

Needed someone to come out to help get a pilot relit on an indoor propane heater in a recently purchased old home. Consider I have no prior experience doing this, I wanted someone to come out to do it the first time for safety reasons. Orlando gave a head's up before coming out and asked details to ensure everything was ready. He asked if I'd tried a few things, which I hadn't. He walked me through it via text, and sure enough, I was able to get it to light myself. No trip, no charge, and was up and running. He (and The Bee) easily could have come out anyway, knowing it would be a cheap and quick fix and charge me not only a fee, but a long distance fee at that. Instead, they charged nothing at all, with excellent and fast (next day) service. I will absolutely be using The Bee Heat & A/C for all of my future needs. And thank you, Orlando, for your kind and expedient help!
Top notch service. Wound up paying $400 less than the original estimate because the tech, Julian, found that one of the parts he thought needed replacing was just loose. He could have replaced it for the original amount and I would have had no idea. Explained everything thoroughly and was extremely professional throughout his two visits (one to diagnose, one to fix). Excellent across the board. Couldn’t be happier and will be a faithful customer of The Bee from now on.
The Bee installed a boiler and new thermostats for us. Howard (the owner of the company), Brian and Orlando were quick to answer all of our questions in a professional, patient, non-condescending manner. They gave us thorough explanations when we asked for them. They were honest and professional. We had received other bids; while The Bee's pricing wasn't the highest or lowest, it seemed fair for the boiler installation. We recommend The Bee without reservation.
Service was easy to schedule, updates about arrival were provided, service man was very professional and filled us in on all activities. We will call them again!
Always a good experience. Thorough and honest. On time, came out and did the furnace tune up I asked for without trying to upsell me, which I know is so common. Sorry that they had to go into my very, very spidery crawlspace BUT, (for next year's visit), they've been taken care of!
Highly recommend the Bee Heat & AC for any HVAC services needed. From the first time we contacted them to the completed install of our whole home humidifier I was very impressed with the level of service, communication, and attention to detail that was provided. Obed is a great technician and will be definitely be using again in the future for our hvac maintenance!
I called The Bee because my furnace quit. Danny came out the same day and did full diagnostic check. Explained everything clearly and I decided on new system. Danny and Anthony came the next morning, worked diligently all day and new HVAC installed and operational by 5. They were punctual, pleasant, efficient, hard working. I would highly recommend them and The Bee. I knew my HVAC was on its last leg, and Danny made the process easy and understandable. Thanks!
