A few years ago I had my furnace replaced by Fix-it 24/7. They quickly did quality, friendly work. I was completely satisfied. Recently Fix-it 24/7 replaced my water heater. I was lucky enough to have Charles D. and Edgar O. do the work. They couldn't have been better. Because of them and all their employees I recommend Fix-it 24/7. I won't call anyone else.
Bring a first time home buyer we have absolutely no idea how some things operate or the condition they’re in, in our house. This includes the whole HVAC system. Jacob not only fixed our AC issue but also took time to educate us on these areas of our home and things not only look out for but maintain to keep the HVAC running properly.
Nicholas tried to rip my sister off, for dual capacitor he was about to charge her $1200 and when she said she dont want to repair it he said the service charge was $139 but when i went to the official website the service charge was only $39. I thought this was trustworthy company, never doing business with them. SCAMMER
I've used 24/7 Fix-it a number of times over the past 2 years. They've replaced 2 furnaces, 1 a/c unit and installed a 2nd a/c unit. They've fixed some duct work and also worked on plumbing. They are quick to respond to calls with a technician and friendly. Any questions or issues are handled promptly. They have gone above and beyond to insure satisfaction with the jobs they have worked in my home/business
I recently had a highly disappointing experience with Fix it 24/7, and I feel compelled to share my terrible encounter with this company. It is my duty to inform others about their deceptive practices and overcharging, in hopes of preventing others from falling victim to their misleading advertisements. I urge everyone to steer clear of Fix it 24/7 and opt for a reputable HVAC company in Denver instead. Initially, I was enticed by their advertisement for a $39.99 air conditioning service call, which included a complete cleaning and diagnostic. It sounded like a great deal, and I eagerly contacted them to take advantage of the offer. Little did I know, I was in for an unpleasant surprise. When their technician arrived at my home, the entire "service" was completed in less than 15 minutes. All the technician did was flip a breaker, pull off a panel, and make one quick adjustment. I was shocked when I received the bill for a whopping $194! It was beyond absurd to be charged such an exorbitant amount for what felt like a mere flick of a switch. Naturally, I called their office to express my concerns and voice my disappointment. However, the so-called "customer service" representative I spoke to was incredibly condescending and dismissive. It was evident that he had no intention of listening to my complaint or addressing my concerns. Instead, he made feeble excuses, claiming that they do not provide same-day service, despite the fact that they had a recording of my request for their $39.99 deal. This behavior leads me to believe that they must encounter this issue frequently, given the extent to which they record their messages. Fix it 24/7's lack of accountability and disregard for customer satisfaction is truly disheartening. They advertise one thing and deliver another, preying on unsuspecting customers who are seeking affordable and reliable HVAC services. Yesterday my AC stopped working unexpectedly. Tonight at 9pm Logan came by and replaced the fuse that popped. My son is 3 and had a lot of questions and Logan was amazing talking with him and showing him how it was working again. They played catch with a giant ball for quite a while while Logan ensured that the fuse wouldn't pop again and it completely made my day to see how gentle and kind he was with my child. As a single parent things like this can get overwhelming very easily, but he made it very comfortable and completely restored my faith that kind humans still exist. Thank you so much, Logan!
I wanted to write about my experience with 24/7. We used them for a residence our parents were selling in Brighton, CO last year and had a great experience with them so we called them again for our electrical needs in Castle Rock, CO. First of all Erik was great to work with. JT did our initial fix up and did a great job. Both were honest, timely, professional. thorough and informative. The crew that showed up to do the work (Alex and Armando) were hard hard workers. Both put in an 11 hour day to get the job done with just a little bit the following day. Being a business professional I was worried about not having service while they upgraded mine but they had the service back on within a couple of hours. The job they did was no small feat and they were polite, courteous, professional, pleasant to have around and did a great job. As a business professional I know how important good workers and customer service is besides doing a good job and these guys get a 10 out of 10. We will certainly use them again.
Do not book with this company. They are extremely unreliable, promising they can come and then canceling (1st appointment scheduled) or not coming at all (second appointment). I just waited for 2 hours for them to show up, when I could have been at work.
We have used Fix-It 24/7 for a number of projects from a new furnace, to a burst pipe, to electrical issues. They are always timely, professional, and helpful. It’s nice that even in an emergency, you can call in the middle of the night (our furnace went out in the middle of winter). They are always very kind and friendly. We are now members of their “green club” to get yearly maintenance on all our appliances and keep everything in working order. We had Adam S. out today to service our AC before summer arrives and he was super great at explaining everything to me in a way that made sense and he was so nice and upbeat. He did a really nice job cleaning our unit (and this company always leaves their work space clean). As a bonus, everyone who works here is always great with our dogs. ☺️
My mother-law was paying a monthly fee to service and clean the furnace and a/c unit. Last year they recommend $2,600 of repairs to the furnace, which she did. Now this year they said her furnace was leaking and the parts replaced last year were worn once again due the age of the furnace and over working. They also said they could not service the a/c unit due its age. They quoted replacing both for $20,000. Of course she was concerned with the leak and with summer coming. I had two other companies look at both units. Both companies said they found no leak or worn parts. They recommended an actual cleaning and service be performed to both units. They said the units were not cleaned or serviced properly. They could replace both units for about $10,000, but do not recommend. So needless to say I do not recommend these scammers!!
Eric, Cory, Alex and Abraham were amazing when my home lost power in half of my house on Saturday. They came out quickly accessed the problem on Saturday, made sure I had heat and then came back Monday morning and got to work. All employees were very professional and got me back up and running in good time. They cleaned up after themselves and out everything outside back like it was when they were finished. The cost was reasonable too. I give this company 5 stars and will use them again if needed.
Brandon helped with some electrical installation and was professional knowledgeable in his work and spent time explaining the work he did. 10/10 would recommend.

Got very personable and conscientious technician who is very upfront and honest with me and explain the issues in my system and the various solutions and costs. He was able to find me good solution that reasonable prices which I really appreciate it.
Justin was great — personable, thorough and very helpful in explaining everything. In addition to going over possible repairs that we should consider, he also gave us some great pointers on things we could do to better use our appliances. Great experience.
Justin was phenomenal got right down to the issue at hand and had my AC backup and running within 30 minutes. He also made a lot of very good recommendations on how to better maintain and take care of my electrical and h v a c system. Highly recommend him for all your needs.
It was a second opinion on the furnace. He found no problems with the furnace e we hole the other company told me I needed a new furnace. He showed me everything to look for. And there was no problems I do appreciate that.
