I'm a 4th generation commercial service Technician. This is a professional parts house with accurate timely orders and a vast selection of parts and material. Staff is 10 out of 10.
Unprofessional, and clearly had no intentions on helping me over the phone.
Knowledgeable staff is always willing to help out. Pre orders are always ready at a competitive price. I work for a major contractor and shop here frequently.
Not helpful at all ,kind of felt like I might not have been the right color in the place either.
