Gale Force did an outstanding job in replacing my AC and Furnace. I always measure a company by their customer service after the sale and Gale Force exceeded my expectations. We encountered an issue with the A/C unit, which was a manufacturing defect; and Gale, Terry and James tackled the problem, and were able to replace the bad unit within 48 hours. Gale kept us informed throughout the process and was so understanding, as this occurred during a weeklong heat spell. James and Terry are tops!! They educated me on ways to keep the house cooler and indulged my many HVAC questions as I am always seeking to learn new things. Thanks to the entire Gale Force Team for your great service both before and after the sale!
We have used Gale Force Heating and Air for over 15 years for our furnace maintenance and just had them replace the furnace and install A/C. You will not find better Customer Service than you will receive from Gale Force Heating & A/C.
Gale, Terry and the rest of the crew are great. We had our furnace and A/C unit replaced. They were punctual and professional. Old units out and new ones in, in less than 5 hrs. This also included putting in a new touch screen thermostat. Had a drainage issue with the condensation from the A/C. Terry responded in an amazing amount of time and resolved the issue with no extra charge. Thank you Gale Force Heating and Air!

Gale, Terry and James are incredibly professional. They serviced my dad's system for many years and we have been using them for 10 or so for service at our home and some rentals we maintain.This year we had to replace our entire HVAC system due to age. Terry walked us through our options and pricing. Their pricing is great and the install went so very smoothly. Terry then walked us through the best way to program and use the sytem and even returned when we had some questions. Reliable, on time and professional. I highly recommend Gale Force Heating and Air.
This company was a pleasure to do business with. After calling several companies and being frustrated with how others in this industry are slow to respond once I reached Gale Force Heating & A/C the person on the other end of the phone (Gayle) was a welcomed relief. She was a good listener and cared about my issues. They were quick to get me on schedule. Once their team arrived at my the house they were polite and courteous. The cost for the quick repairs was very reasonable. Afterwards they took extra care to make sure my system was running in good condition before saying goodbye. I called Gale Force by accident thinking they serviced my area. The woman I spoke to did not have to help me since I was not a paying customer, however she stayed on the phone with me to walk me through possible issues to try and troubleshoot and even called around to see who a reputable company in my area would be. I cannot thank her enough for her kindness and going above and beyond just because she knew I was struggling with my AC. I wish I could have used this company on my home! Highly recommend!

I have used their services many times. They installed a new furnace and Air conditioner in my townhome when I purchased it almost 20 years ago. I now live in a house and they do a check twice a year on my AC and furnace.I needed a new blower fan recently and they order the part and were here and had it replaced in two days. There service has always been so professional and responsive even when I had a problem in the middle of night with my furnace, they came out and fixed it. They will trouble shoot over the phone with you when necessary to avoid a service call. I can't say enough about how much I depend on Gale Force Heating to provide the best service out there.
I discovered Gale Force knows their HVAC. and they are honest. Professional ad honest. I was quoted $1700 by another company, Terry came and saw what issue was, fixed it right then, and wrote NO CHARGE on invoice. Honesty and Integrity = the people of Gale Force!
