The service was excellent! Marvin was outstanding in installing my new AC unit. He was timely and responsive and very patient with me when I had questions or concerns. Everything was smooth and efficient and I can’t recommend Marvin and RTI Mechanical enough! Thank you!!

Marvin of RTI installed a vent for our above-the-range microwave oven. His installation was in a timely manner and quite professional which provided us plenty of time for the actual microwave install.
Marvin did the second part of the installation for my Pioneer cassette mini split unit. Marvin communicated consistently and let me know when he needed to change dates or times. He had a good attitude throughout the project even when unexpected issues came up. He accurately estimated the total cost which is really appreciated. Most impressive to me though is that Marvin came back and fixed a couple issues. Most people I hire to do work in my home disappear after they've been paid so I was relieved that Marvin was willing to come back and guarantee his work.
We had the pleasure of working with Marvin at RTI Mechanical. He installed A/C in my 1963 house. After two seasons with no A/C and using portable units to marginally cool my home, I was dying (figuratively) and had enough. He was able to install an A/C system promptly and was our hero! Marvin was prompt, professional, knowledgable and more than capable of meeting our needs. He also answered the numerous questions I had along the way, which really helped built my confidence and understanding. Super grateful for RTI Mechanical coming thru. I will use RTI Mechanical in the future for all of my HVAC needs. Thanks again!

Marvin went above and beyond to help me on my heating emergency other companies were saying that my furnace was not repairable but he came and serviced it and got it running better than ever... He happened to have the replacement piece in his van and didnt even charge me for it... I will use him for every HVAC job in the future... Thank you
