Called in on the day before the 4th of July holiday and Chris showed up first thing in the morning after the holiday and promptly took care of the problem! Thank you Chris and Swan for taking care of me in a timely and professional manner! Called in for a possible gas leak. Tyler promptly showed up the next day, tested everything out and even installed a critical update to the circuit board. No gas leak was found! Tyler was courteous and explained everything perfectly. Thank you Tyler and Swan for your prompt and professional service!

I drove 1 hour to a scheduled appointment which had a 2 hour window. After waiting for 2 hours for no one to show up, I had to call the office to confirm the technician, Thomas Tomilson, was not going to come, after I recieved an email saying they were on the way. Unreliable and unprofessional - will be moving ahead with another contractor who shows up on during scheduled windows.

I attempted to use their services for routine maintenance on my AC unit at home. There were offering a special price. I scheduled over a month in advance and they cancelled the morning of. I was put in the back of the line and was forced to reschedule a month out. Today was supposed to be the day, but they cancelled again and offered to reschedule another month out. I was told both times it was due to technicians quitting. I am giving two stars because at least they called to communicate, which I appreciated.

June 2023: Taylor B. did a great job servicing my AC. Very friendly and knowledgeable. I look forward to him helping me again. September 2022: As usual, it was Leo that came to help me with my annual AC Service. He continues to share tips about my HVAC during our conversation. Always good to see a familiar face in the HVAC service industry and I will continue with Leo and Swan for my HVAC needs. June 2020: Leo did an amazing job servicing my evaporative cooler. He was very professional, polite, knowledgeable and shared tips on maintenance. I would not hesitate to have him over again for any of my other HVAC needs.. December 2019: John did a great job servicing my furnace. Another company's rep (not Swan) who showed up refused to even look at my furnace saying it's old and I need to replace it. All it took was for John to clean off the sensor and the furnace has been in top shape. Again he was very polite, courteous and honest with his work. I would recommend him for any HVAC needs.

do NOT recommend Swan Plumbing, Heating, and Air. Swan is who installed our tankless water heater and HVAC systems with the person who previously owned our home. We found out from another plumbing company that the tankless water heater had faulty or inappropriate connector pieces. About a month ago I scheduled appointments for both plumbing and HVAC routine maintenance, and Swan called me the day of those appointments to cancel both of them. They also sent a plumber who was unable to do a tankless water heater flush after rescheduling. I understand that there is a shortage of skilled laborers, but the company is unprofessional and not trustworthy.

Annual update: Matthew was knowledgable and efficient with our annual tankless water heater maintenance flush. I appreciate Swan hiring in new folks and giving them a chance to be awesome. Newest update: still love the booking system and professionalism of all the techs that come out. We opted for a membership to do regular maintenance on our furnace and AC which has been we'll worth it. . Updating to add to the five star review I left several months ago. Shane O was the tech who stopped in to perform regular AC service. Prompt, thorough and perfectly followed all mask/glove/social distancing guidelines. The company has added contactless signing for the work, and the entire process was well managed from setting up the appointment to service. We just completed a remodel and knew our furnace needed a good cleaning. Pricing was good, thoroughly explained what he was seeing in the system, didn't try to upsell us a new furnace as this one is only 10 years old and will easily last longer with regular maintenance. Easy appointment system, prompt, professional.

Gabe came to our home and quickly evaluated and repaired the copper tubing failure. He examined the upstairs toilet floor flange and the pipe going into the drain stack. He assured me that the wax ring was the cause of the toilet drain problem. He was right (of course). Resetting the toilet with a new wax ring - no more problem. Thanks, Gabe for your professionalism and help with our home. We appreciate you and the work you did in our home.

They do a great job, but they sell you their membership and are supposed to call you to set up tuneups and they don’t make the phone calls. Be sure to set a reminder in your calendar because they’re not gonna do it but the credit card charge always comes on time

Wish I could review their actual service, but after three last-minute cancellations and one no-call, no-show, I have come to terms that they have no intention of fulfilling their appointments. I scheduled two appointments with Swan, a water heater flush and an hvac tune up. When the day of each appointment came around, I was notified via text that the technician was sick and I would need to call to reschedule, rather than them giving me the courtesy of a call to quickly reschedule. First time that happened, no big deal, I understand things happen. When I called to reschedule, I was assured a note would be added that this happened once so that no matter what they come the second time. Well when the second appointment window came and went without any tech showing up. I gave them a call an hour after my scheduled window and they said the technician was at an emergency location and unable to make it that day. At this point I would normally go find another service, but the rep on the phone offered a discount for the third attempt so I figured why not. I was also assured she would once again add a note not to miss this next appt again. It was comical when yet again I received a text message prior to the third attempt that my appt was canceled due to a technician being sick. If you would like to actually receive the services you are requesting, I would recommend finding another company and avoiding the headache I went through.

I've used Swan several times now and honestly they have my business for life. They consistently provide the best service. Last year, I had my furnace replaced and not only were they completely transparent during the entire process, they caught a mistake that mulitple companies had missed. Every time I have Swan come out to the house, I know that they will be thorough and professional. This morning, we had the A/C unit checked on before the heat of the summer arrives. Michael, the technician, was extremely prompt and professional. Couldn't recommend Swan enough!

I highly recommend SWAN. I have had their team out for plumbing, HVAC, and electrical work on my townhome. Most recently, Chris and Zachary, their plumbers were out to help unclog my drains and troubleshoot some plumbing issues. I am not very savvy on home repairs and they are always helpful, professional, and on time. And they do high quality work that I trust. Each time they are out, they take the time to explain what they are doing and answer my questions. Their club membership is the best too: you get free house calls and estimates. Give them a call!
