**DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF** This company came out, misdiagnosed our problem stating that we needed a new compressor. We paid for the new compressor and labor only to find out 2 weeks later when we brought in a different company for a second opinion that the compressor that is in the unit was still factory and they did NOT replace the part whatsoever after telling us they did and charging us for it. Not only did we pay for a part that was never installed, but when we called to explain what happened, their service tech claimed that he told us we needed a entirely new unit (our current unit is a 2019 and is still under warranty) which never happened as he told us we just needed to replace the compressor. This company lied, and for lack of a better term stole money from us. This is a warning for anyone looking to get their HVAC repaired about our experience and I HIGHLY recommend looking somewhere else. Lastly, the new company we went with told us all we had to do was get the lines cleared from contaminants and it'd be fixed. I honestly can't get over how awful of an experience we had.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! They completely scammed us. We hired them to fix our AC unit. We were told by one of their technicians that the compressor needed to be replaced and they could complete that job. Turns out they never replaced the compressor but they had no problem charging us $1700 for doing nothing.
fantastic service When I contacted, they responded the same day, and my AC was working in about an hour. Quite affordable as well!
This business is excellent. I would suggest them to anyone searching for heating or air conditioning services since the work they did was excellent. They arrived on time, were kind, competent, and reasonably priced.

This is the worst and most unprofessional company I have ever dealt with. The guy came over and looked at my furnace and within 5 minutes just told me that I needed a new one. After pressuring me all day into getting the work done eventually I just said let's do it and paid them half of the money. On the day of the service I get a text, not even a phone call, saying that they don't do this service because it's on the 3rd. What a joke of a company...
Andrew was running late waiting for some parts and let me know when he was on his way. When he arrived, he thoroughly explained everything he was going to cover and provided, in consumer terms, exactly what he was doing. He was professional, knowledgeable, and very well mannered. I have requested that he now be our preferred technician. Thanks again for the OUTSTANDING SERVICE!

I've had a lot of HVAC companies and Sky Heating & Air Conditioning hits it out of the park. They show up in a timely manner, and their staff is always courteous. The bill comes right away in my email, so I'm not confused with a 2 months day old invoice. And when I needed repairs everything was explained to me in a way that I could understand and the price was communicated to me before the work had begun.
I have used Sky Heating & Air Conditioning for years now and we have stuck with them because they care about their customers. We have had maintenance contracts with them, repairs to our HVAC systems, and purchased new systems through them. Their service people are capable, kind and eager to help and minimize cost. Recently, I have had unit maintenance and the technician was so helpful. He came so quickly and was eager to help. I cannot say enough good things about the company and it’s employees.
I have been trusting Sky Heating & Air Conditioning with my heating and air for many years. Initially, I chose them because they were local and based very close to my place. Their maintenance has always been impeccable, their technicians competent and courteous, and they remind me when it's time. They replaced my whole system a few years ago and everything is great. I wouldn't dream of calling anyone else.
Lincoln was very persistent in resolving two major issues with my heat pump. He went above and beyond to ensure heat was properly restored in my home. He finished in good time. The customer care service was superb! good job guys.
$200 to simply check the AC unit (not applied to any repair work) is well above market.
