Excellent service and product quality
New furnace completely balanced the temperature in the house! Installation was professional and well ahead of schedule. Will be using Sears for future projects!
I used Transform Home Improvement
I had floors and two bathroom vanities, mirrors, and over-toilet cabinets installed. The contractors managed to get it all done in three days, which I appreciated. The only reason I didn't rate this as a 5 is that the water was hooked up backward to my faucets and my clothes washer. Additionally, my contract said they would move the furniture, but my husband and I moved most of it out of the rooms and when the contractors moved it back, some of it was damaged and some parts were lost. Everything was covered in sawdust by the time the job was complete. I would have thought they'd cover the furniture, but they didn't. At one point, the foreman's daughter (I'm not sure she was an official employee) asked me if there was anything that needed to be moved that I didn't mind getting damaged. Seriously?! I was told that the crew putting in our floors were all part of Transform as employees, but I doubt that was the case. They constantly complained that it was taking so long because they had a lot of stuff to move. However, they left only one guy here the first day to take care of all that, it's no wonder it took so long. All in all, my floors and bathrooms look great and the contractors were polite and efficient.
I'm glad I have work with them and planning on future project as well. Field technician quick on their feet and very knowledgeable.
Transform/Sears Home Repair completed our bathroom. It was a project that they said would take 35 days, and it ended up taking 3 months. The communication between the Sales Rep, the Project Manager, and us was non existent. The repair techs and the sales rep did not wear masks in our home and we had to ask them to. The sales rep sold us products that were not possible for our bathroom so the project manager had to change much of what we originally wanted. I will never use them again. John Trimble should not be a sales rep if he is unfamiliar with what he is selling and overpromising and underdelivering. And Juan Olivas Jr. was unprofessional, and our bathroom will need to be redone because it does not look good.
* Great people to handle the job from Sales, electrical and installation of my AC & furnace. Without a doubt Trans Form has my recommendation!
I had my floors updated and they did an excellent job.
So far so good with the new system. It replaced a 25+ year system that was working fine, so, I'm a bit superstitious about replacing something that isn't broken, but, we went ahead. Some after work clean up that left a bit to be desired, as we had to a couple hours to get a rust stain out of a carpet and shards of metal vacuumed.
Install was awesome! The team was awesome! 100% recommend!
The materials recommended to us by the sales rep are of the highest quality and the installer went above and beyond to do the job right. All the phone reps kept me well informed and the schedule moving quickly. Worth every penny we spent and won't bother looking elsewhere to have future work done.
From sales to project management to delivery and implementation this team did a fantastic job of installing my new AC and furnace I highly recommend this team
They were on time, clean, neat and friendly and did a really neat job. Most of the time I didn't know they were there.!
All around great experience from sales to payment. Arche's team is fantastic. We love the bathroom and will definitely recommend Sears to family and friends.
Done 3 days after contract. Workers a bit early and done by 2PM. Everyone friendly and knowledgeable. Good job and product!
I would totally hired Edgar and Benito for HVAC or Pat and his crew for windows again. They are so skilled and professional.
This has been a sloppy experience from start to finish. The project took longer than expected, and the project manager, Gabriel, was completely unreachable. The issues started when the installer, John, arrived to my home and no one on his team informed him of the project details ahead of time. John was courteous and wonderful to work with, but I feel bad that he is associated with such a sloppy operation. I will not encourage anyone to complete any Sears home improvement project due to the installation experience in regards to support and communication. In fairness, the windows have worked out nicely and are to the level we expected. John did an excellent job ensuring they were insulated, straight, and operational. However, the entire experience is not something I would refer my friends for.
The people who worked on the Air Conditioner were a 5. Sears overall was a 0. Kept getting emails that appointments were rescheduled. They never were. The guys showed on Monday to replace my AC but they according to Sears (confirmed on Saturday) they were not supposed to show up until Tuesday. I happened to be home when they called. 10 mins later I would have been gone for the day. Customer Service was VERY rude when I called. Could not understand them at all. Will probably not do this again
*Update 6/28/19* The contractor was supposed to show up between 10-11am, per the manager Gabriel. At 11:15, I sent an email to several managers who had been CC'd on a previous email, stating that he had been late before and I would not sit around and wait once again. I left and received an email from a manger stating the contractor was on his way and way 5 minutes away and that he "should" have called, but he did not. I re-stated I was no longer at home, and got a reply from Gabriel saying Juan was at the jobsite and asked how I wanted to proceed then if I wasn't home. I said that Juan was half an hour late to the jobsite, which has happened before, and that he could wait and I could be home in 20 minutes, or they could refund us for the hole in the drywall, toilet, and outlets and we will fix the rest ourselves. I was told that he would wait, and when I got home Juan never apologized for being late. None of the managers apologized for him being late either. Not surprisingly, the dry wall and outlets were not addressed and I assume it will be fixed when the countertops are corrected. After having the audacity to be late after everything that has happened and not receiving an apology from the contractor or a manager, it's an understatement to say I'm repulsed by the "customer service" and regret allowing this company into my home. We'll see in a couple days whether the toilet is finally fixed after leaking 12 out of the last 14 days, for a total of 3 1/2 weeks. *Update 6/26/19* I have finally been contacted by a manager after posting on social media and several review sites. I was once again told the toilet is "fine" and told that the contractor will be here Friday morning to replace the flange. I looked up the name on the business card given to us by the contractor, and there is no trace of his "company" anywhere online, which seems odd. We’re in the process of having our master bathroom remodeled with the Sears Home Services based in Denver. The contract says th
