Had a great experience with Air Maintenance Services. The technician was very friendly, and knowledgeable about the problem I had with my system. He took the time to explain the issue and made sure it was fixed properly before he left. I will be using them again for my future heating and AC needs!

they cancelled my appointment ten minutes before they were supposed to be here and i had customers in my building complain multiple times about how hot it was in the office as a store manager this comes across as extremely unprofessional and now im left with non working AC and no solution

AVOID IF AT ALL POSSIBLE. I read reviews, saw high stars and thought it would be great, only for the tech to show up, not be able to perform any services that day, reschedule for the following day and then completely ghost me, forcing me to restart the entire process with the earliest day being almost 3 days later.

Called the day before for a 1030 am appointment today with a 3 hr window. At 243pm, 1 hr after the window I have to call to be told that the technician will call 30 min before heading up and it's 642 pm with still no call. Why would this business not call me to let me know there is a delay or anything. Literally they have just decided to not follow thru and saying they don't need my business and that they don't valve customers. There no call,no show constitutes that's there fired from service I need. It's unfortunate that they have great reviews and this is a zero stars.
Nick Nelson made our new furnace install easy. He was at the house within an hour of our first call and we had a new furnace the next day. He explained the problem and all of our options very clearly. I would highly recommend this company if you need a new furnace on short notice.
When making the appointment to have my air conditioner replaced, I specifically asked if Same Day Heating & Air was an approved partner of Xcel's so that I could qualify for a $500 rebate from the utility company for installing more energy efficient equipment. Even with the request about them being an Xcel partner being recorded and confirmed by the agent who went back and listened to the call, I am now told that their scheduler was misinformed and I will not be eligible. Look elsewhere for companies who are qualified installers and do not lie to their customers.
Tech was defensive when I started asking questions. I think he didn't like the fact that a woman knew a bit about wiring. Body language set the tone, and I am still upset 2 days later. He told me I could not use my smart thermostat anymore. I had to have a regular thermostat. I will never use this company again. I will never recommend this company to anyone!

The technician was knowledgeable, diagnosed my problem, gave me an estimate of the cost and ' gave me an estimate of how long it would take for the repairs. He made the repairs in the time frame that he gave me, and my unit is running properly. I have used Same day Heating & Air Conditioning and I will continue to use them in the future. They have always treated me fair.
