Sean was extremely responsive and honest from the jump! His team was scheduled to come out next day, they were on time, quick to diagnosis the problem, knowledgeable and pleasant to work with! We had a great experience with Roots, highly recommend!

Contacted Roots after a poorly installed attic system failed (@MERITAGE HOMES) causing significant leak onto our 2nd floor ceiling. The builder did not properly seal the drip pan installed under the furnace, nor were the condensation drains properly set to drain away from the heating/AC unit. I contacted Roots and they were able to come out the next day and correct all the issues and also performed maintenance on both of my HVAC units. Kelly was great to work with and informed me on the repairs/costs each step of the way. They even found another leak in the basement where the builder did not install a drain pipe causing the condensation to leak inside the furnace. Very knowledgeable, professional team!
I called Roots Heating & Air to come do an annual check up of my air and heating system to make sure everything was all ready for the upcoming summer season. It was so easy to book, get an appointment that worked with my schedule, and the technician showed up well within the window allocated. Very professional, very thorough, and I love that they are locally owned and operated. The service provided was definitely a great value for the money. As someone who had their central air conditioning go out in the middle of a 4th of July weekend many years ago, I've learned having a service check every year BEFORE it gets too hot is key to a successful and cool summer. Highly recommend Roots!
I recently used Roots to replace two furnaces and replace swamp coolers with two new AC systems for a duplex in Denver after getting multiple bids. They completed the work on time, were priced competitively, and really respectful of the property and tenants. The two owners Sean and Kelly are an impressive combination of professional, responsive, and experienced and they have a really great team of installers. They're a company I'm hoping to have a long term relationship for service and projects down the road so I absolutely recommend Roots Heating and Air.

Great value, great service, great follow up. I can’t say enough good things about my experience with Roots Heating and Air. From the moment we found out about them, throughout the entire system selection process, through the system installation, and even afterwards - everything was the best experience that I’ve ever had when dealing with an HVAC vendor. Our house has needed a new furnace an AC unit for the last couple of years. Due to a variety of factors, we simply didn’t get around to it until this year. While Roots is a relatively new company, Kelly and Sean are veterans in the industry with over a decade of experience between them. They will walk you through all of your options in detail, and talk through the advantages and disadvantages of each. Before selecting Roots, we looked at a couple of other vendors, but you will be hard pressed to find a better value anywhere in the Denver metro area. Highly recommend!!

There is no pun intended while I write a glowing review! Pilot light stopped glowing & kaput. I called Roots on a sub freezing day, it was the 4th call to various HVAC companies and they were the only folks that came to our rescue. They showed up promptly, dressed in professional company attire and did a quick diagnostic and told us in easy to understand terms what was wrong. They are going to disrupt this industry by bringing great, fair, well priced & honest customer service to HVAC. I will now plant my loyal Roots with this company and I highly recommend them.
