Fast, trustworthy service
After two of their techs came to look at my system and determined it was "working correctly"' they sent a tech named Wily and he actually did his job and got it fixed. He was super professional and kind, honestly exceptional customer service.. and he didn't just spend 10 minutes looking at it to tell me it was fine, when clearly it wasn't.

During prolonged, severe, state wide cold weather I reached out to Peak Mechanical to assist with some no heat calls I was experiencing at the multi-family property that I help manage. They came out within a couple of hours and helped me restore heat to several residents who were in need. The technicians were knowledgeable and expedient, as well as courteous to the residents. I've used them for various HVAC and plumbing needs in the past and will continue to do so . Thanks so much! - MS
They park in permitted parking spots and leave people with nowhere to park at their own homes.
I had to have my furnace replaced today in the middle of a snowstorm and thought I'd have to spend a night or two in a hotel with my wife and young child. Despite horrible road conditions, Peak still came out to my home and replaced the unit, TODAY! They were extremely friendly and got the job done in just a few hours. Darla called me twice during the ordeal and was super caring and helpful! Sharky and Dylan, the installation specialists, were both great! Overall great experience!
