I had a great experience with Mountain Breeze. They were immediately available for a pricing appointment and they were very patient with an issue on my end that caused a reschedule, which they were able to do the very next day. Their pricing was very fair, and they were able to install the unit the day after the pricing appointment. The guys who came for installation were friendly, respectful, and efficient.
After 5 proposals, I chose mountain breeze. It was the least expensive and offered Amana (made in America) with a speedy install. They arrived today on time and, after a 3 1/2 hrs, completed a flawless installation. I couldn’t be happier. Don’t waste your time on other HVAC companies. Call Jim at Mountain Breeze!

Talk about Excellent Service, a quick and professional install and very fair and yes, BEST value/price for a new Goodman whole home AC system.... This company provides it all. My first call with James, owner and then Debbie office manager on Monday was very easy and within a hour or so I had two quotes (after review of my 20 year old system that was ready to fail). James offered a Xcel rebate, discount and turnkey installation that included ALL parts, labor and asked just the right questions to be sure things went well... and get this, ALL completed by the next day! They finished my system install and got the thermostat programed by Tues at 5pm ! While I beat the summer rush the ability to step up to the plate and get my system installed pronto and with great service from Keenan, Manny and team was pretty awesome. Thanks to all and yes, the old system system and all old parts were cleaned up well and my home looking like it was upon arrival of the installation crew. My mom was being charged an arm and a leg by the other guys, a big name brotherly type brand, and Debbie and James over here at Mountain Breeze beat the brakes off those other guys with near half the price. Same warranty on parts, same quality and even better service. These are the people to beat, because they are number one. They treated my mom, 76 years young, with the utmost care and respect and charged her an honest fair price. They even made a point to come same day because it was getting cold, they really do care. Will recommend multiple times over.

My father was growing ill and complained about a rash that had formed on his back. It turns out that he was getting sick from the rising summer temperature in his new home which didn't have air conditioning. Mountain Breeze was the fifth heating and air company that I contacted. Of all the other four: one said they would call us back, and did not. The other three scheduled a consultation during a three hour window. Each time we waited three hours. Three out of three companies were no call - no shows. We should have contacted Mountain Breeze first. My husband and I used them back in 2007 to install a water heater, and I'm not sure why we didn't think to reach out to them initially. Both experiences were positive!
Had Furnace and heat pump/ac install. about $14k in work. Company did not follow through on loose ends from install. Did not supply me with permit they had put in contract they would get. Did not return to finish with a duct part they did not have. Did not return to set the parameters of the heat pump for best efficiency. 50% increase on my current energy bill because the parameters are not set up correctly. Had over six months to do this and did not follow through. Most recent excuse was that the tech had to get instructions from supplier. When I pushed to try and get them to finish up on promises the wanted to make this about me to get out of finishing up with promises. Unprofessional. Bad business.
Fantastic service and the best price by far!! They arrived in their estimated window, gave me an estimate on the spot and had a new furnace installed the same day. I had to leave for work while they did the install and when I got home I did not have gas (I figured they forgot to turn it back on or missed a shut off valve). I called them and not only did the tech come back after they were closed to take a look, he isolated the problem to a faulty Xcel meter and within the hour Xcel arrived to replace it. Thanks guys!! I will definitely be calling when it’s time for more improvements around my house.
Mountain Breeze did a great install and fixed a few issues that came up as soon as we called. We are very happy with our new AC and furnace and have nothing but good things to say about Mountain Breeze.
I called on a Monday to schedule an in-home estimate. I was put on the schedule for 1-3 the next day. No one showed and no one called. I called Wed am to figure out what happened and they had absolutely no record of me calling. I didn't make it up. Hesitant to spend thousands on HVAC upgrades with these folks. They are perfectly nice on the phone, though!

We are blown away by the excellent and expeditious service...especially for this time of year when they are in high demand! James came out ON TIME for the estimate and install. The quote was more than reasonable and better than any other competitor out there...trust me, we have dealt with several and hands down, they are the best!! Don't waste your time looking any further, these guys are the professionals you want to hire for your next repair or install.

Not impressed with Mountain Breeze. Received a coupon via ValuPak. Called and to schedule a furnace tune-up and left all of the information they requested. Received a call back and wasn't able to pick-up, so responded to the message and called them back. I called and left another message. Days pass and I have never been contacted. Too many reputable companies in the area to start a relationship with one that doesn't respond. I did get a call from a manager regarding my experience. Apology was extended. I had already arranged another tune-up appt., but was happy to hear from the company.
I needed my AC replaced, and Mountain Heating and Air had the best quote, and awesome work product. They gave me a quote for just my AC and also for replacing my AC and heater together at a discount, though they were very honest that my heater is old but didn't need to be replaced at this point, which I truly appreciate. They responded promptly when I contacted them for a quote, and the team who performed the job were professional, friendly, and quick and did a great job. They also have one of the best warranties. I will be using MBHA for HVAC services again!
