Maddox doesn't have a contractor license. They sub-contract out other companies/individuals to do the jobs. They do not even have an office in Lowry.

On such short notice, this firm was able to visit our home, and he was incredibly kind and professional. We really enjoyed the fact that he even contacted us back to check on us before he arrived. Additionally, he swiftly and effectively rectified everything. The bill was less than we anticipated, which is the nicest part!
Everyone we interacted with was friendly and knew what they were doing. They got us hooked up with a new furnace the same day we called and offered us a nice veterans discount.
The tech was able to promptly diagnose the issue with the HVAC unit and make a recommendation. I was happy that he was able to get the work done right then and there and I didn't have to wait to make another appointment. The staff was amazing while I was booking the appointment. Very professional!
Called to have some work done on an attic fan, got an appointment two weeks out from the original call. The day arrives, no one has arrived and no one has contacted me. After time in which a technician was supposed to arrive I reached out to the main office. They proceed to tell me the original technician got into an accident and all other technicians were busy, so it's going to be another three weeks until they can fulfill my appointment. This is not the first time I've been told a technician has had an accident which caused them to miss my service appointment. No call, no show is not professional and customers would rather companies be honest with them. At least have the decency to call--I had to take off work for this appointment which was all for nothing. I do not recommend this company.
We had a great experience with this business when our heating went out during a freeze. The technician was courteous in our home and gracious with his time when he was there after hours, he made sure to explain everything and he even wrote some extra things down for me. He made our heat start working again and made some recommendations of what we could do to get the most out of our unit. It was very impressive and would recommend!!
I needed a new boiler to be installed and everything about the process was awesome from the sales to the techs . Everything went very designed and quickly. I was given great advice, great options and a great price.. I would highly recommend Maddox and give it 5 out of 5 stars.
We just had Maddox Heating & Air Conditioning technicians install a new AC and furnace in our house. I am very impressed with the results. They are very quiet and efficient. They were friendly and easy to work with. Their charges were very fair.They took great care of our house and cleaned up after they were done. I would definitely recommend them.
Chris from Maddox Heating & Air Conditioning was able to come out and help me diagnose the furnace issue same day. He was very knowledgeable and understood the system right away. I will use Maddox again. They live up to their reputation!
We had a furnace failure and John got out here on a Sunday in an hour. Did a great job and super friendly. We have used Maddox Heating & Air Conditioning for two or three jobs and always been professional and knowledgeable. Keep the good work up!
The technician arrived at our home within an hour of me calling to report our issues with the air conditioning system. He very quickly diagnosed the problem, clearly explained what he was going to do, and then he fixed the problem. The cost was very reasonable. Maddox Heating & Air Conditioning tech came out same day on hottest day of the year so far after my AC went out. After looking at the unit, all it was was a loose wire. He fixed that and made me confident he is 100% trustworthy rather than selling me some new part or service. Highly recommend Maddox Heating & Air Conditioning for all your AC needs!
