Great selection but long wait

Grainger is the place to get anything you can find at harbor freight, uline, or home Depot depot for the most expensive price possible. Im convinced this company only exists for business trying to declare a loss on their taxes. Find everything this company sells elsewhere for a third of the price.

incompetent people work here. Asked the cashier how many water pumps were in stock told me 2 instead of asking me how many I wanted he charges me for 2, then tells me that he cant cancel the transaction, then tells me I have to wait til it falls off my account.. how I didnt purchase anything??? Its illegal to do a CC authorization without my signature first, definitely bad business.

If you are going to offer delivery dates on web orders, it would be best to use a freight carrier that will deliver on the date stated. It is a drain on resources to be sure I have someone at the shop to receive the order. Additionally, many freight LTL carriers will call to verify delivery date. Per the tracking number on your website it said that it will be delivered yesterday the 19th. Nobody showed up nobody called. I checked the tracking number today and their is even less information displayed today than their was yesterday. Simply says in transit.
Really good service 👍🏽. The full service agent took her time to find my party in the computer and ordered the surplus for pick up later. It was a pleasant experience.
