Max was a great technician for our ac repair! Explained everything and was very professional.
Josh was awesome! I was having a squealing noise coming from under the sink, and he quickly diagnosed the issue and got it fixed. He was transparent about what fixes would be done and what would be involved. He was super thorough in explaining what was going on. Thank you Josh!
As an owner of multiple rental properties, I've gone through my fair share of plumbers. I have to say Josh with Golden West was great. On time, honest and a great worker. Plus he came out on a Saturday!
Anthony was great! He was very thorough, clearly presented our options for our a/c repair, and was able to fix our problem in a very timely manner. He only reinforced our trust in Golden West and we will continue to use you all in the future!
Barb the scheduler was kind, efficient and responsive. Josh the plumber was incredibly nice and knowledgeable. Prices are reasonable. I’ll definitely use this plumbing company going forward.

Great company. Riley came out to inspect our AC system and explained everything in terms I could understand, got our AC up and running and was kind and professional. Always an easy decision to call golden west if we have any problems cause they solve it quickly and easily.
I’ve called Golden West for A/C maintenance and repair. I couldn’t be happier with Chris V who has completed the HVAC work for me. Very professional, patiently and thoroughly explained what is needed and what my options were.
Anthony did a great job of explaining my problems and giving a variety of options to choose from. He was able to fix the problems quickly and get me a detailed list of the work done. I totally recommend Anthony to help take care of any issues with your HVAC.
Riley and Luis did a great job! at least i'm pretty sure they did. I'm not crawling under the house to check. So i'll take their word for it. Golden West installed my AC, Heater and new vents about a year ago. Works like a dream. I have central air now. its the best.
Angelo & Alec were awesome! I had what I thought was a simple issue that turned out to be quite complicated, and they did an amazing job explaining all the options, looking for cost effective solutions, and were really kind, funny, and respectful of the house. They went the extra mile to make sure I was taken care of and I will absolutely use Golden West again.
A/C in my rental not working. Golden West had next day appointments but would not schedule a time - had to be available all day waiting for their call. Technician had excellent communication and diagnostic skills. However, the company's pricing is outrageous. The technician discounted my bill and still charged over $400 to replace a $10 fuse - probably took him 5 minutes. According to the technician someone in their office establishes pricing for specific services.
Great technicians (Max and Jose I think),who were both very professional and friendly. Did a great job explaining each step of the work they did on my A/C. Have used GW many times and the experience is always positive for situations that are never fun to deal with. Highly recommend

I am so incredibly impressed with Golden West, Plumbing, Heating and Air Conditioning! When I found out my AC wasn't working, I also learned my crawl space was filled with water from the recent rains we've been experiencing. On top of that, I had a houseful of guests and I was out of town, which complicated matters. Barbara was responsive to my situation and reached out to Carlos, who'd put in a long day the night before helping out another customer. Together, they coordinated the logistics in getting to my home and addressing the issue. Carlos was able to get my AC up and running quickly, and explained what had happened (and the resolution), in clear and understandable terms. I'm so pleased with their customer service and I highly recommend them! Joanna

I have exceptional customer service from Anthony with Golden West Plumbing, Heating & Air conditioning. He was informative, friendly and clearly explained the problems with our AC. We appreciated how he presented our options for next steps and provided a detailed report that was emailed to us. We liked how Anthony carefully explained the benefits of regular annual maintenance for our AC and furnace. We look forward to working with Golden West again for our regular maintenance and additional service options.
