Excellent working with this company. I called them out to come check my AC, and they were really responsive. They gave me a reasonable quote and came out right away. The technician was also very friendly and helpful!

Had a heating and cooling problem that was driving me crazy, called this company and they came out within 45 minutes of my call. They were good about explaining what the problem was and why it was happening. The next day I got a call from them telling me what they did to fix it, and it works great!

My AC was not working very well. I called the warranty business and they sent a technician over to my home. The technician was great, he was quick and efficient. He had my unit up and running in no time!
They have been great! They came to my rescue when I was having issues with my AC compressor, and they were able to get a technician out quickly to fix the problem. I was told by my HOA that they were the best in the area, and I can see why...

Moreover, he was an expert in our gas fireplace. It hadn't received maintenance from us in a few years. And when he had cleaned it up, changed a few parts, and fixed it, it now functions even more well than I can recall. Absolutely work.

Ted was on time, courteous, and completed a thorough furnace check. He also took information about our water heater as we may need to have it replaced soon. I appreciated his answers to my questions and he talked through the maintenance checks that will help keep our system running smoothly.
I just had the most fantastic customer experience ever from tech who came to do routine maintenance on our air-conditioning units. He was extremely professional, timely and proactively offered easy tips and hints on how we help maintain our system between visits. Based on this experience, I would recommend Eco Heating and Cooling to anyone.
Couldn’t be happier with Ted’s work. Extremely efficient, professional, and courteous. He diagnosed and fixed our unit last summer very quickly at a very reasonable cost. He just completed a thorough annual checkup and the system is still running great. No complaints, will definitely stick with Eco Heating and Cooling for all our A/C needs.
After setting an appointment Siseco heating and coolingler used automated texting to keep me updated, reminding me of the appointment and informing me that the technician was on the way. The technician was professional, thorough and provided an update on what work he did and why.
They were excellent men! Very cordial, and everything seems to be in order. I put the exterior unit exactly where I wanted it. As we speak, the house is growing cooler. Already becoming cooler around here! After using it for a while, I'll follow up with another review in another month. (New furnace and installation of an AC.) Definitely would utilize this company again!
Do NOT pay $200/250 for their home services membership plan (supposed to give you discounts on estimates and future work). I did and regret it, I have gotten zero benefit from it. I first called for an estimate to repair my AC. Their tech seemed inexperienced, did not want to open my AC and told me to get a new AC system (12K). I went to another HVAC repairmain, got it diagnosed as a frozen coil and fixed for $180. I also booked a plumber estimate thru their home service, and was later told they were busy and had to cancel my appt, no reschedule. That was my experience.
Eco was scheduled to come out and troubleshoot my air conditioning. They no showed the first two days, and after a hot weekend finally showed up on Monday. The repair guy tried to hard sell me on replacing a laundry list of parts that weren't need. He finally agreed to clean the unit and make one repari it has been running perfectly every sense. I can see this company taking advantage of a lot of people. I would avoid it at all possible.
This company was truly horrible to work with. I called yesterday at 9am and was so glad to get an appointment between 11am-2pm, same day. I got a call at 11:30 from the technician and was told he would be here in an hour. I then heard nothing for hours. I reached out more than once and kept being told that he would give me a call. No one ever did. I called this morning and was told that it was my fault for where my AC unit was (although I told them it was on the roof in the initial call) and it would be next week. Why was I told yesterday someone would be coming out and reaching out?? I waited ALL day and wasted a day for getting my AC fixed. It's now Friday so might be next week before I can get this serviced, and this is 100% this company's fault for falsing telling me they would be coming out. DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!
