I have rental homes and condos served by Dr. Fix It for over seven years now. Michael Lombritto has been my go-to-guy for furnaces, ACs and in one instance mold remediation needs. The company and Michael have been professional for repair, updating and replacing equipment. The pricing is competitive with A+ service. My properties are on Dr. Fix It’s maintenance plan, which keeps your equipment maintained and operating for longevity. You can trust this company and their team to take care of you promptly and get the job needed done.
Have used Doctor Fix-It for several plumbing and HVAC needs including A/C, water heater, and sump pump maintenance. The technicians are consistently prompt and professional and we've been very pleased with the quality and reliability of their work.
We have a newborn baby, and our AC suddenly went out on a newly purchased home. Doctor Fix It was able to send Michael over within 2 hours of our initial call. Michael was quick to identify the issue and provide a plan to resolve the issue. Could not be more happy with the level of service that Michael provided. After that, the entire Doctor Fix It team was great, and they had us up and running by the end of the day.
Brent Cunningham has been out to my home a few times. Each time he has come to help me he has been friendly, helpful and courteous. I know that when he is here he will repair what needs to be fixed and genuinely wants to make sure that things are working well for me. He has taken the time to make sure to answer any questions I may have. He has shared his professional experience and guidance with me to help me better understand my systems. Teia, the technician sent to do my electric evaluation was great. She was thorough, professional and courteous. She answered all my questions and was a good communicator.
Frank Santilli was fantastic. On time, skilled, efficient, an excellent, patient communicator. I'd very, very highly recommend him. Everyone else I've had contact with from Doctor Fix-It(Laura & Jon) were great also. I am SO GLAD that a friend recommended them!!!!

Kudos to Brent who got my HVAC system running correctly and explained how to use it. I really appreciate his clear explanation as this system was installed last August and I was never clear on how to program the thermostat and change the filters. Before he left, Brent made sure that I understood everything. Thanks.

Trying to get a properly itemized invoice from them for a $10k job for insurance purposes has been impossible. It’s been almost a year of trying. Furthermore, the concrete they re-poured on my patio has degraded quickly in that year and water regularly pools on it and freezes in the winter. Highly recommend going elsewhere if the job is big and involves sewer.
I am very pleased with the installation and information provided. When the county inspector came, he said “They (Doctor Fixit) do a very good job.”
Corey was on time, professional and has excellent communication skills. Very easy to work with and very knowledgeable. Took the time to answer all my questions so I could understand everything. Dr Fix it has done HVAC and water heater work in my home, and the work has been outstanding. Office staff has always been very helpful and responsive to my needs. I highly recommend.
Excellent service, very thorough work and follow up. The techs cover their shoes, friendly to the pets and they know how to explain the issues to you without complicating things.
Michael Lombritto came to give an estimate on cleaning or repairing our furnace and air conditioning unit. In the end we have decided to possibly replace both units. Michael was never pushy one way or the other! Said he would never tell us how to spend our money, that’s it’s our decision how we wanted to proceed, he was here to inform us about our units. This was so completely refreshing, No high sales pressure. Michael was extremely knowledgeable in everything he explained to us about our units. He was very polite and courteous. Thank you so much! They crew were very nice and handled my call immediately, replacing my whole downstairs plumbing pipes in record time, with no problem of taking payment of +$20k. However, I am frustrated because they cut out squares on the drywall downstairs to look at the bathroom pipes, instead of going upstairs to look at them under my kitchen sink. Then, when destroying the bathroom floor, the jackhammer took out chunks of the tile on two walls, which is going to have to be repaired. I have been trying to get ahold of someone higher up for a week and have been getting nothing but the run around with nobody returning my call. I also learned they never submitted the paperwork to insurance. I texted the guy and called the company but never a response. I finally got a nice lady named Rebecca who helped me, almost three weeks after they finished the job.... never hearing back the team lead. So frustrating!!
