Great company! I've been using them for over a year now, and they're always able to come out when I need them. They're nice, they fix what needs fixing, and they do it all at a good price.

I called them about my air conditioning not working and the technician showed up within the hour. He was friendly and respectful, he listened to what I had to say and he even gave me a few tips on how to make sure my AC lasts longer!
I would definitely use this company again. We had just moved into a new house and didn't have the right size window unit. The service guy that came out was great! He gave us options and explained everything clearly so we could make a decision. He went through the options again with us once we made our decision.
Dave was very professional and nice. He was able to schedule an appointment within a few days. He called me the day before the appointment to let me know he was on his way. I had a few questions and he answered them all very professionally. I would definitely use him again.
I can not recommend Dayton Heating And Air Conditioning enough!!! A superb, professional team came and installed a new unit along with services on two existing units. Their workmanship was first class, value for money all round, fantastic communication, honest and extremely clean and tidy throughout. Absolutely delighted, thank you.
Fast action and excellent customer service. Next day installation. Negotiate what best offers that meet my expectations, not buying what I don't need. That's it. Good experience and recommended to use
My HVAC has been serviced by experienced, courteous, and competent technicians. All voluntarily answered queries and described my system's features. The current guy was very knowledgeable and helpful when he came over to do preventive maintenance on my air conditioner for the summer.
COMPLETE FAIL. On 8/12 the woman on the phone seemed to not know what she was doing. She scheduled a recharge on my AC Unit for 8/15. On 8/15 their App said the job was completed so I called. She said the techs were overbooked for the entire month, that tech support marked it complete and had contacted me. At that time I had zero calls going in or out, zero texts, zero voice-mail and zero email from them. I would NOT recommend them to anyone. Seems like someone is lying or incompetent.
This place is completely unprofessional. If you have a residential job, they will not show up for your appointment and say "The technician was held up on a commercial job". They just keep pushing your appointment our further and further. Save yourself the angst and book with someone else.
Ben was phenomenal. He diagnosed, serviced, and explained the issues succinctly. Brian was extremely professional and can also work on the older furnace we have that other companies we had could not service. We signed a service agreement and will continue to use Dayton Heating And Air Conditioning!
I woke up today with no heat. Called this company, guy showed up, hardly looked at much and told me I needed to spend $7500 on a new furnace. I got another company to come take a second look. They fixed the heat within 30 minutes.
I called them on Saturday morning after calling a couple of other recommended contractors that weren't available to look at an outside A/C compressor fan motor that had burnt out the night before. It sounded like an answering service, but they said they could have someone out on Monday morning between 8AM-12PM. Yay! I received an e-mail confirmation shortly thereafter. Monday came, and I waited until 11AM, then decided to call, just to confirm. The lady who answered said that they'd be out before noon. Waited until 1:30PM, then called them again. They said that a commercial job was holding them up, but they'd be out shortly. Called them again at 3:30PM to see if anyone was coming. They said no, then said that they'd have to reschedule for the following Wednesday. I told them I had a planned hospital outpatient thing on Wed from 9AM-4PM, then work, so it wouldn't work. I'd especially taken the entire day off on Monday just to wait for them to get my A/C working again in 95-100 degree weather. Unplanned delays happen, but they couldn't have even been bothered to call, text or e-mail me to update me once. I chose them due to their 100% 5-star ratings on Google reviews. I'm re-reading the reviews now and suspect most, if not all the reviews are fakes.

These guys have great customer service, knowledgeable and professional staff. They gave me the appointment on the same day. They sent their tech who came on time and fixed my issues. I recommend!
I am totally satisfied with Dayton Heating And Air Conditioning work and the system works great. It holds temperature within a half degree and does an excellent job controlling humidity. The air handler runs at reduced speed once the temperature approaches the thermostat setting. There are no drafts and the system is silent.
