Called to get a second quote for an AC to compare from what another reputable company had already given me. When I spoke to them on the phone they never mentioned their $69.95 fee for this service only that they could provide me with the 2nd quote. The guy showed up and refused to give me a quote and diagnostic because there was too many things wrong with the AC and he tried to make me feel bad about how horrible the AC had been installed as if I had been the one that installed it. This AC was already there when I bought the house. He went on to charge me the service fee I had not been told about and refused to provide me a diagnostic and estimate to repair even though another company had already given me one. Maybe I got a couple bad apples but I would avoid this business and go with another one with so many other options out there.

This is a great company. I needed my furnace replaced and they did a great job at a great price. I would definitely recommend them for your HVAC needs. My upstairs living area in my super old house gets crazy hot in the summer too and they were able to educate me on different options when I didn't even know there was a solution!

Removed and replaced a NTI matrix boiler with a new NTI system as well as installing a new gas furnace and instant water heater for basement apartment. All work done timely and professionally. Project was complicated by installers new exactly what needed to be done and were succesful in getting it done on time and within estimated costs. Great compnay that I have used for years for all my furnace and boiler work

I could not have had a better experience with an emergency. Part of our home furnace rusted out after 11 years and the whole thing needed to be replaced. They came out the next day and replaced it. They negotiated a discount from the manufacturer for the new furnace and a sizable warranty rebate on the old one. Also, installed a whole house humidifier at a discount. Less than a month later, the AC went out on our rental home and the service on that was also first class. The communication from them was very good on both issues.

We live at 9000 feet in the mountains. This winter we have had days of -22 degrees. Day & Night installed a Fujitsu Mini-Split system for us that is designed to work in these temperatures. I seldom write reviews, but this installation keeps our home at 72 degrees and the heat pump keeps heating even at these low temperatures and at our elevation. We have had the system for a full year. We seldom need the AC, but some summer days it is nice to have. I highly recommend this company. We live 100 miles from Denver. Day & Night always responded to our calls. We have a professionally installed system that works better than I expected in this cold climate. Thanks for the excellent service.

Superb business all the way around! Furnace went out on a Saturday. The owner personally helped walk me through solutions over the phone. Then 36 hours later they fit me in that Monday for a tune up to bring peace of mind that my heat wouldn't go out again. Robert and Santiago came out and were exceptional. They showed me where the problems were. They fixed it for a fair price, And they even showed me what needed fixing in the future and educated me, in lamens terms, on what I could do make the furnace stay operable. I love everything about these guys. Will use again, and definitely recommending to friends and family. Thanks guys

I'm very happy with this company. They came out to do an estimate quickly, and then they started work within a week of the estimate. They didn't charge a penny more than the estimate or try to up-charge on anything. They showed up exactly when they said they would and did exactly what we agreed to. The guys who did the install are very nice guys, too.

EDIT: D&N did eventually fix the issues their tech caused, though it took several weeks/a couple months. - Monday, 1.17: C. came out to begin flushing our water heater. During the process, he found that we had a valve that needed replacing. Frustrated, but sometimes these things happen. He gave me an estimate, and said he could come back the next day. I accepted, and we agreed that he would come on Tuesday, 1.18, at 5:00 to do the work. For some reason, C. did not arrive at 5:00, called to say he would be here by 5:45, and at about 7:00 pm, my wife called to cancel because we still hadn’t seen him. - Saturday, 1.22 - we agreed on a 10:00 appt. My wife called just before 11:00, and C. promised he would be here by 11:30. He arrived at 12:00. I showed him to the kitchen. No explanation or apology for tardiness. -He turned off the main valve. He came back up, then took three hours to do a job that he said would take 90 minutes. -When it was done, he asked me to check the water pressure in the bathroom. The pressure seemed… ok. Not great, but ok. When I came back, he asked me to try the kitchen faucet. It was a very slow trickle. I told him that was not right, that the water had been running much better before. He tried to assure me that after a water heater flush, things sometimes flow into the rest of the system, and maybe that’s why my faucet was working poorly. I said again that it was not right, that it had worked much better earlier in the day. He told me to watch a few Youtube videos and change some filters. Again, I said that it was not right. His response? “I’m not a faucet guy.” -He took his payment and left at 3:00 pm. My wife and I marveled at the ineptitude and terrible service. She called and explained our dissatisfaction with the service. On the call, the person who answered told her that if we took the faucet apart, we would find the blockage. He refused to send anyone back out to fix it. I took the faucet apart. -About 4:30, a neighb
