Pleased with installation of my new Trane air conditioner and Trane furnace. The installation crew was on time and courteous. Installation was good quality and done in less than a day. We used Cool-Sunshine for installing MiniSplits in our house built in the 1800s. They did an amazing job. Quick, professional, kind and followed up after to make sure everything was what we were hoping for. I would use them again for any hvac needs.

WOW!! We HIGHLY recommend Cool Sunshine!! We used them to remove our old HVAC system, and install a new one, including: 2 new furnaces, 1 new AC system, 1 new thermostat, and 1 new home humidifier (hooked up to 1 of the new furnaces). WOW!!! Excellent work! 5-6 guys were here on the installation day, promptly by 8:30 am. They finished around 5:00 pm. All of the guys were friendly, respectful, and great workers. They put on booties over their shoes when they came inside the house. They put drop cloths down on the floors where ever they walked. They explained things as they went too. Joy, the representative who came out to the house first, and gave us our quote, was extremely knowledgeable. We were impressed with her. Would we use them again, YES!!!! Do we recommend them, YES!!! We will probably use them once a year too, to check the system, and make sure everything is in working order. The house's heating and cooling (and the humidity levels) are all now working on an even basis. YES! Money well spent! WOW!!! Cool Sunshine is the one to choose for your HVAC system. THANKS COOL SUNSHINE!!!
This company is awesome— the people are honest, trustworthy, professional, and do great work. We were without a safe, working furnace and when Cool Sunshine found that out, they worked us into the schedule two weeks earlier! Israel, who assessed the furnace (the third opinion we received) was honest and helpful in explaining everything. He did the install of the new furnace and did an amazing job. I highly recommend Cool Sunshine!!
Cool Sunshine Heating and Air Conditioning was amazing when our 22 year old AC Unit went out. Joy and Perry assessed what system was most efficient for our home and also helped us replace the 22 year old furnace. On day of install Mitchell and his team were on time, communicated throughout the day efficiently and left everything spotless. Every detail of work looked great and professional. Highly recommend.
We used Cool Sunshine to install AC into our old townhouse. Joy and her team were incredibly easy to work with and provided quick and transparent communication, fair pricing, and quality work. We are extremely happy with our AC and definitely would use them again for any future projects.
I wouldn't use this company again. Nine weeks ago I had one of their techs come to my home and tell me I needed a part. He told me they would contact me once the part was in. I called weeks later and was told they weren't sure what the status was. After that they didn't return my calls. I left messages. My messages went unreturned. I called three weeks ago to let them know my upstairs A/C was out as well. No calls back. I was assured on July 1st someone from their office would definitely call me on July 5th. That did not happen. I have been without air conditioning and heat for nine weeks. When I called yesterday I was told the part was obsolete and I would need a new furnace but no efforts were made to help me with that either. I found the part online and called back. I was told they would call me back. No call back. I have called a different company. And that company was able to get the obsolete parts directly from Carrier and actually diagnose my upstairs A/C unit correctly which has been a problem for 3 years now.
Excellent company. The crew was organized and the job was well managed. My wife loved how much care was taken to protect the floors and furnishings and keep things clean.
After being quoted over $12,000 from a different company for an air conditioner install, I decided to shop around. Not only did Cool Sunshine quote me a drastically more reasonable price (which ended up being exactly what I paid), but during the initial visit, the technician also pointed out a number of things the first company hadn't even noticed. (This seems to confirm my suspicion that the first company was trying to take me for a bit of a ride, which is something I had been concerned about.) I am certain I got both a better price and a higher quality of work by going with Cool Sunshine. All interactions were professional and friendly, with everything explained to and discussed with me before and after the work was done. Along the way, I was presented with a number of options and cost points for the install, allowing me to customize the job to my needs and tolerances. The finished work looks great, and our giant, fluffy dog seems much happier with the summer temperatures. I would definitely recommend Cool Sunshine to anyone looking for quality work at a fair price.
Were one of the most professional companies we have ever dealt with. They installed a wonderful Trane furnace and heat pump system with a great thermostat at very good price. Joy took extra time to identify and get us many rebates. Would strongly recommend them to anyone with HVAC issues
This company knows how to prioritize family needs. In a recent blizzard our furnace went out. They quickly came over and fixed the part . While the fix worked for a few days our ancient furnace decided to take a dive and completely stop working. Cool sunshine knew it was important that our family had heat and prioritized our appointment and installed a brand new furnace the very next day. They were Curtious, fast and very clean at both appointments. I would highly suggest them
These guys are top notch! We've been using them to design and install all our HVAC systems on 10-15 homes per year. They're on time, responsive, and have amazing work ethic. I highly recommend these guys if you want the jobs done right the first time.

The entire team at Cool Sunshine was amazing. We had an AC going bad so we had some time to schedule the replacement. Joy gave us 2 price choices for AC replacement, both aligned to what we had discussed. The week before the scheduled install, Joy reached out to confirm the date and workorder. The team of 3 installers showed up on-time with all the right equipment. Later in the day a manager stopped by to confirm the work was done right, all setup and clean up was completed, and that I was satisfied with the work delivered. Overall a great service experience.. Amazing teamwork at good price point.
