We made an appt between 11-2 today to fix an issue with our AC. No one showed during that window. We called multiple times to get an updated ETA and finally received a realistic ETA (which was 3:30 today) I decided to try to diagnose and fix the AC myself. While I was outside I missed their call at 3pm and they cancelled the appointment without any follow-up or call to the backup phone I provided. Would not recommend this company. The techs might be good (we'll never know), but the customer service was very poor and they were extra pushy trying to sign us up with an annual service agreement. Lastly, they were indifferent to us writing a bad review so here you go.
The death of my compressor forced me to do a bit of comparative shopping to repair my unit. When Jeff came to my home and he not only confirmed the diagnosis, he offered thorough informative options! They are always very professional. I have used this company multiple times for my personal property and my rental and have always had a good experience. I would highly recommend to anyone that needs a new AC or repair to an existing unit.
I called at 9am to schedule servicing of my furnace. I was told a tech would call me within 1 hr to provide an ETA. No one called, so I called again at 11:30am. I was told same info and that my service window was 10am to 1:30pm. No one called with an ETA. I called again at 2:30pm and I was told they would need to schedule for the following morning! I asked for a manager and I was told they were just a "call center scheduling service" and no manager was available. What a waste of time!! Save yourself time and frustration, dont try to use these clowns! For obvious reasons, called and cancelled the service appointment.
