Aether Mechanical was a great help when our hot water heater randomly shut off one morning. They had installed the water heater originally and then it went out about a year later. They came out initially and suspected the thermocouple had gone bad. After attempting to repair the thermocouple to no avail, they ended up replacing the part in full. During both of these visits, their team was kind, responsive, and even explained to me what the issue was that they were attempting to solve. Really respected their level of customer service. Unfortunately the problem persisted and that night the hot water shut off again. I sent a text to their emergency/after-hours number and they arrived with a new hot water heater by 8am the following morning. The entire team is professional, caring, and go above and beyond to ensure their customer is satisfied.
I highly recommend Aether Mechanical! I had a new furnace and AC unit installed and they were great to work with. They provided multiple quotes to fit my needs and offered very competitive pricing. The crew and owner were polite and answered all of my 12,475 questions. :)
Wonderful service! Would definitely recommend using this company if you are needing to replace your HVAC system. I had to replace a 23 year old furnace and recieved several quotes from different HVAC companies in the Denver area. Aether Mechanical was able to beat out all of the other quotes I received. From beginning to end, Louis was very proffesional and friendly and provided me with me several options for a new system. If I ever have any HVAC needs in the future I will be sure to use Aether Mechanical.

Called Aether for a HVAC inspection prior to listing our home for sale. Nico and his team were friendly, professional and did a thorough inspection of our system. They did find a couple tune up issues, his recommended fixes (valve replacement/exhaust repair) were done well and Nico explained how it might affect a home inspection if those weren't resolved. Aether provided great service and I wouldn't hesitate to hire them again.
Louis was very knowledgeable and professional. I would definitely request him for any HVAC or A/C maintenance or repairs.

I needed ventilation installed for a commercial coffee roaster and it took me probably 20-30 phone calls to various HVAC and mechanical contractors before I found someone who would take on the job. Aether came to the rescue! Aether and their team (Nicholas, Ivan, and Robby) were incredible from start to finish. This was the first time they had ever installed ventilation for a coffee roaster but they knew all the right questions to ask and miraculously found the parts locally (which is almost impossible). They really went above and beyond to finish the job Overall, I found them courteous, professional, and extremely competent. Would definitely recommend!

I really wanted to like this company, but the complete lack of courtesy, professionalism, and basic respect shown by multiple staff members, especially Ivan, has left me disappointed and honestly insulted. They have no call no showed four appointments to repair the same unit they already 'repaired', and when asked about it, all they could offer are excuses such as "we didn't install it" or "we are too busy" if they answer the phone at all. Specifically, Ivan has been extremely rude to me, my staff, and our property manager at every turn. I normally wouldn't write a review, as every person has an off day, and one instance doesn't necessarily reflect the norm for a business. However, in this case, every single interaction I have had with Ivan whether in person or on the phone, he has been rude, dismissive, argumentative, and disrespectful. It was honestly shocking and disheartening. I am glad they are so busy as to not want further business, and I would advise others seeking HVAC services to book another company. Terrible service, incomplete and ineffective repair, and complete lack of professionalism and courtesy.
Didn't get the opportunity to complete work with them. But they answered the phone. Scheduled quickly and very polite. Would recommend for HVAC needs

My Central AC went down. I have one of these guys come by for an estimate. He told me the compressor was bad and my whole unit needed to be replaced. First quote was 6500. Got him down to 5500 which I still thought was crazy. Got a second estimate from a different company. I learn the compressor isn't bad and that was a lie. This guy came in and fixed everything for 1500 bucks. I also was told by the company Aether that they would need to replace my thermostat. Even though I told him mine was a brand new smart thermostat. I couldn't understand why they would need to do this until I talked with my neighbor who recently learned that these HVAC companies install thermometers with a hidden code embedded which causes the whole system to fail after a few months forcing you to have the company back out. Shady as hell! (Response to the Response) The guy didn't try to fix anything or change any parts. he barely looked at it and tried to sell me a new unit. Second guy fixed it in an hour and saved me $4000.
A/C went out the week before the 4th, could not find anyone to come out and get quote for over at least a week, called Aether and they camo out he next day and did a very good job investigating and coming up with a fantastic qoute for a new Furnace and A/C, got one more qoute, signed th papers and had them out with in a week installing the new equipment. The main installer Shakir was GREAT he and his partner were thorough and friendly and had us up and running in the early afternoon. Would recommend for future work to anyone.
We used Aether Mechanical HVAC to install a new boiler in our house in Wheat Ridge. Price, quality and customer service where top notch. I would used them again and recommend to all family and friends.
The quick review is that I highly recommend the team at Aether Mechanical. They are extremely professional, communication was great, pricing was very competitive, and the final product looks and works perfect. They are also very knowledgeable about HVAC. I recently bought a mid-century home here in Denver that had a good looking American Standard furnace(Silver Series, 5 years old max) that worked well. The home inspection had no negative feedback on the unit. Two months after moving in, we came home and there was a burning smell in the house. The furnace fan had burnt out. I contacted the team at Aether who scheduled a team member to come the next day and confirmed that the motor had burnt out and quoted me over $1000.00 for another motor- it would take 10 days to arrive with parts currently being backed up. The catch was that it was Mid-January in Denver, and it was like 20 degrees out. Nico at Aether mentioned that the original furnace had not been elevated off the ground on a box, and it appeared that it wasn't getting enough oxygen- perhaps that's why the motor burnt out- there was no guarantee that it would not burn out again in a year. We looked into replacement options and I was given a very reasonable quote for another American Standard furnace with a full warranty. They would also install it on a box to give the unit plenty of air. They arrived the next day with the unit, installation took about 3 hours. I am very happy with their work on this! Aether followed up in the coming days, and sent out a rep a week later to further calibrate the new furnace to the size of our home.
