Arrived in the early part of the time window. Got right to the maintenance service explained what they were doing and cleaned up right away. Mark had the service done in a very short time and I'm now set for the winter. I'm glad I chose Ace Heating & Air Conditioning Co.
We were in need of a new driveway and this company provided us with excellent service. The crew was professional and did a great job with the installation. The new driveway looks fantastic and has added curb appeal to our home.
I made a last-minute call to this firm because I was having issues with my heating and cooling system. Over the phone, they were able to provide me with a speedy estimate, and within a few days, I had a service appointment. The expert that came out was highly professional and efficient with his job, which is exactly what you want from a firm who comes out to assist you with your heating/air conditioning problems.
They came over to my house and fixed everything for me! I was so happy that they were able to help me out. They were friendly and professional, and I will keep their number in case of future problems.
Called this company last minute because I was having problems with my heating/air conditioning system. They're reliable, responsive, and reasonably priced. The technicians are great at communicating and offer really helpful tips for keeping my system running smoothly. I would definitely recommend them!
Quality of service is excellent. The people here are very friendly and helpful, and they make sure to explain everything in detail. They're also very good at listening to what you need, so that you can get exactly what you want.
Ace heating and cooling is a scam. They don't even have a physical address at 200 N Quebec street. They use a call center to dispatch technicians. The technician that showed up looked very grungy and completely unprofessional. He tracked mud all over my floor. He looked at my non working furnace for all of 5 minutes and told me by blower fan and high limit switch was broken. He then proceeded to try and convince me I needed a new furnace and that there was a discount if I bought one now. I felt uncomfortable the whole time. I got a second opinion and it turns out there is NOTHING wrong with my furnace. It possibly overheated and turned off. He turned it back on and everything was working fine. The blower motor worked just fine. I tried to call back and ask for a refund because the technician was so blatantly wrong. The call center wouldn't get me in touch with the company and wouldn't issue a refund. I have no way of talking to someone of authority. I'm writing this review so that other people can avoid this scam company.
Based on their ratings, I reached out to this company, but it was a bad experience. My furnace stopped working one night. I called the company the following day. The technician showed up on time, was helpful, and suggested purchasing a new furnace instead of preparing the existing one. Since I am not a professional, I took his advice. They installed a new furnace (made in 2021) in November 2022. The invoice does not show the model, serial number, or any specific details about the furnace. I received the invoice and the furnace documents after the equipment was installed. I received a small unit, but the price is high (other providers charge between $4,300- $4,800). When I called, it was inconvenient for them to discuss why they overcharged me and ignored the issue with the furnace. I am still waiting to hear back from them. Please don't make the same mistake I did. Do your price check, the year of the model before committing to this company.

They were all AMAZING! They came on time, they were honest and courteous, worked quickly and went above and beyond my expectations! Honestly they all deserve raises! Very happy with the service they provided!!!
Made an appointment with them far in advance for important issue and they cancelled last minute to take a “higher paying job” I asked to speak to a manager for more understanding and they hung up on me. If you value your time do not use this company, i took time off work for this and they cancelled on me last minute. They cost me time and money
Terrible company, I work 2 jobs and scheduled my appointment with them 2 weeks in advance to get off from both jobs. They called me and said the technician decided to take another appointment that was a “commercial job” that would make them more money, so they cancelled my appointment. They then said, “how about we come Friday?” Lol terrible customer service and some of their call center employees speak broken English and cause communication barriers.
Charged me $325 for 40 minutes inspection, no parts, just labor. Seems very expensive.
Called about an issue with my AC and got a response within 20 minutes. The technician that came out, Mark was able to diagnose the problem and provide an immediate and contingency solution within minutes. His initial fix worked but he was still ready and willing to return and have another crack at it if necessary. I have used a number of different places over the years and this is by far the best. I will be using them for any future HVAC issues.
Fantastic service throughout, both sales and the installation process. Really friendly and professional team. responded to all my queries politely. Great value for money. Job completed to a high standard and at an imaginable short time. Would definitely recommend.
So glad to recommend this company for all HVAC services! They showed up on time they were very friendly they worked fast and did a great job we would highly recommend them. They also cleaned up after they were done. 👍👍
AC went off overnight; woke up to 80 degrees in the house. Called early and they had someone to my house by 10.30 am. He found the problem was a bad breaker, had it working temporarily overnight. Returned the next day with replacement parts and I'm good to go. Thank you Ace Heating & Air Conditioning Co for responding quickly during peak heat season.
Ace Heating & Air Conditioning has responded quickly, professionally and capably to each of the situations we have presented to them. I think they even rescheduled some matters in order to make sure that my mom's HVAC was up and blowing cold air within a day of me contacting them about the issue. I would highly recommend this company.
