I never post reviews but this has to be the worst experience ever! Our air and heating was working perfectly fine and then they reached out to us for proactive maintenance and broke our furnace system. We have an infant at home so called the emergency hotline to get the problem they created, fixed. First was told nothing they could do, then was assured by the call center someone would arrive btw 8-10PM because it’s a chilly night we were worried about what to and the safety of our baby (go to a hotel?) no show, no call. We lit a fire, used space heaters and it’s still in the 50s in our house for no freaking reason! After two additional calls, still nobody from absolute heatibg will call us back and make right the problem they created. The call center they use is kind but they are not empowered to actually do anything. This system is only a few years old (they put in) which now makes me question if we even needed it or if it was a scam. Horrible responsiveness and incompetence.

The technician that came out was very knowledgeable and efficient. My heating system was fixed quickly and the cost was reasonable.

I had a great experience with HVAC Services. The technician, James Martin, was very good at explaining everything about my AC unit since I am a new homeowner. The process was super quick and he didn't pressure any sales. He gave honest recommendations based on the age of my unit. I will highly recommended for and HVAC needs.

Absolute Heating and Air Conditioning Repair was a lifesaver for me when my AC suddenly stopped working. I called first thing Friday morning, and had an appointment for the afternoon. They informed me there was a technician nearby who could come earlier, and he arrived momentarily. He was fantastic! He was polite, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond. He took his time, made sure I was content with the work. I highly recommend this company!
I am so incredibly disappointed by this company. After reading all of the great reviews, I have used Absolute twice now. The first time I had no problems. The second time was a complete disaster. The tech did not show up during the scheduled service window. I called and asked for a status update. I was told that they would reach out to the tech and the tech's manager then get back to me. That never happened. I called later that evening asking for management to call me and tell me what was going on. That never happened. I called back the next day and asked for the same. I was told once again that someone would contact the tech and the tech's manager. At this point, we're just going in circle with no resolution. I gave up, cancelled 2 upcoming service appointments for rental properties, and requested a refund for the annual service package they offer.
My interactions with them were excellent. They arrived at my house an hour after I called to report that my thermostat was broken. Within an hour, they had installed a new thermostat after swiftly diagnosing the issue. They were competent and kind. They checked the Wi-Fi connection and took their time going over the new thermostat's instructions. They were really helpful and professional.
This place is completely unprofessional. If you have a residential job, they will not show up for your appointment and say "The technician was held up on a commercial job". They just keep pushing your appointment our further and further. Save yourself the angst and book with someone else. This is abominable.
Absolute Amateurs, Absolutely disrespectful, Absolutely never ever having them back. Absolutely think twice before hiring this company.
Absolute Heating and Air Conditioning Repair is seriously amazing! We discovered them through our home warranty company. They arrived within 30 minutes and are so professional. The service man is still here and I already felt compelled to write a review. He has fixed the issue and explained more issues/things we need to be aware of. They were so friendly, quick, and efficient.
