Charged me a $99 deposit for their "special" and the technician never showed up. I asked for refund, and they still haven't processed it.
The technicians at This Company are really good. I called them out after my garage door broke down, and they showed up within an hour. They were able to fix the problem quickly and efficiently, which is why I highly recommend them!

The technician was very polite, friendly, and professional. He explained everything that he was doing during the repair process and answered all of my questions about how to take care of the problem in future. He also made sure to clean up after himself when he was finished with the repairs. I will definitely use them again if I need any other heating or cooling services in the future!
Called this morning with a problem and the technician came right over. He was able to fix my heating and air conditioner in just a few minutes, which is so much better than having to call someone out. They were also very friendly and professional. I would definitely recommend them!

We recently had a heating and air conditioning system installed in our home. The installation took about four hours, which was expected, but some of the workers were pretty careless with their tools and left behind some scrap metal. We asked them to return it and they said they would be more careful next time. We were very impressed with how quickly they completed all of the paperwork at the end of the job, especially considering that we had pre-existing conditions on the paperwork.

I had a great experience with Benjamin Heating And Cooling. I called on a Saturday because my AC wasn't cooling properly, and they were able to come out the next day!

When he showed up to provide a quote, he was wonderful. He is highly approachable and knowledgeable in his field. The installers showed up on schedule and completed the job in two days of hard labour. The parameters of the financing also make me very satisfied. I appreciate you finishing the task for me on time.
Chris was extremely professional. In light of this epidemic he was extremely conscious of wiping everything down that he touched. He wore a mask and gloves, was friendly and helpful. We were out of filters and he suggested he drop one off later in the day and leave it on our front porch. Very grateful for his assistance!!!

Chris installed a new heat pump in my house. The install incorporated an attic air handler and outside unit. He was professional, communicated well, prompt and very reasonable. I got quotes from other local contractors and the pricing and the warranty was the best. Overall completely satisfied and highly recommended.

We had an air conditioner and furnace installed this summer and the work was second to none! the team of 21st Heating & cooling was professional and respectful and finished the job in just a couple of days. We recently had a small condensation leak in one of the pipes and it was taken care of immediately! Great job!!!.
Awful communication, running late for a scheduled appointment and did not let me know, had to reschedule for another day, ran late again and no communication. Took two days off work for them to send a tech with no ladder, even though I told them it was a ceiling unit. Huge waste of time. I had to call two different numbers each time because the main phone number is a call center with no information - they say things like “they will be there soon” or “they are calling you right now, answer their call” but it’s all lies. If your late, just let someone know you’re late. If you can’t do the work, just let them know you can’t do the work. If your call center can’t write down what a customer says, stop booking work and making promises you can’t keep.
