My very old HVAC system broke. I asked for two options, what needs to be done right now and what can wait. Got quotes for exactly that. No pushing. The owner was very responsive. Great communication and flexible payments. People that showed up to do the job were polite, knowledgeable, and did nice work. Definitely recommend.
Fast and reasonably priced
Ron came out for a second bid on work I was given a $22,000 estimate for. As it turns out, I only needed to replace a capacitor for under $100. I am so thankful Woodland Heating and Air is an honest business. He even replaced a light bulb for me that I could not reach. I highly recommend them. Pat H
I am so pleased with Ron and his Woodland Heating and Air team. My heater went out and they responded quickly to service my 27 year old HVAC system. I knew the poor old beast was living on its 11th life so I was expecting the need to replace. The cost of the replacement was better than competitive and the service excellent quality. I highly recommend Ron and Woodland Heating and Air.

I first used Choice Home Warranty, and they sent out a heating company to repair the work. The technician that was sent, said new parts were needed and left with no ETA on returning. I called 5 days later and was told they still had no ETA on when they would return. The temperatures are near freezing in our area. I then called Woodland Heating and Air Conditioning, and they sent someone right away who fixed the problem, no new parts needed!! They were courteous, professional and prompt!! I would definitely recommend their services!! It is wonderful to have the heater working again!!
Great experience! Very professional, and I’m happy to report that I’m warm again! I called on on a Monday afternoon, he arrived bright and early on Tuesday to assess the situation. On Wednesday morning he and his team arrived to tear out the 30+ year old heating unit and installed the new quiet and efficient unit. I had heat Wednesday afternoon. I would highly recommend Ron and his Woodland Heating & Air team!

Ron and his son were an absolute pleasure to work with. They explained to me what was wrong with my HVAC unit, how they planned on fixing the issue, then they went to work. Within an hour, the job was done. There were no hidden fees or unnecessary parts/charges. I would recommend this company to anything in or around the Woodland area. I could not have had a better experience.
Woodland Heating and Air are the best! Ron arrived to my home and looked at my AC. He let me know what was wrong with my AC and fixed it. He was professional and honest and gave me some tips to help keep my AC unit in tip top shape. I would highly recommend Woodland Heating and Air. I give them 5 stars!
We had a great experience with Woodland Heating and Air. A lot of neighbors in Woodland highly recommended them so we decided to give them a shot. We had our A/C stop blowing cold air on a Friday around 4:30pm. I gave them a call at 4:40pm, and a technician came at 9:30am the next day, on a Saturday. We were blown away with the quick service and so grateful for it. We had a bad capacitor and blown fuse, and the technician fixed it quickly, got everything working again and was on his way. They were quick, professional, kind and very helpful. We will absolutely be using their services again! I highly recommend Woodland Heating and Air.

Ron and his son saved the day! Our compressor went out on Sunday and going without AC in Woodland is not fun. As I expected, other businesses were not open on Sunday or were booked a week out. With Ron, they also have many client appointments, but were able to squeeze us in same day. They figured out the issue within 5 mins of being there and fixed it in less than 20 mins. They are also reasonably priced. I highly recommend this business!
We called D & K on a Thursday and Ron came the following day to check our AC as it seems like it wasn’t blowing cold air. He diagnosed our system, replaced the schrader valves and added refrigerant. He was extremely professional, kind, friendly, mindful and engaging. He was very knowledgeable in every aspect of the AC unit. Ron gave my husband tips on making our AC not work harder such as using thinner filters, air purifier etc…He took the time to explain what he was doing and how the system should work. An added bonus is that his price is very reasonable. My husband and I highly recommend D & K for your HVAC needs!
HONEST, straight forward, communicative, EFFICIENT and PROFESSIONAL service. I made the mistake of paying one of those “75.00 service your heating & air” to come out. A 20-30k quote, some tears and an hour later I found D & K. They easily could have taken advantage of me given the quote from the other company. Instead, they came out THE SAME DAY and put my fears aside. They worked around my schedule arriving at 6:30am. Did I mention they charged me 1% of that other quote? We now have an A/C system that is running much colder and for a lot less time than before. Ron & Andrew, thank you for being ethical businessmen. We’ll see you in October!
D&K did a great job of preventative maintenance on our air conditioning system -- we wanted to get an assessment of its condition and have the coils cleaned and any other necessary preventative actions taken. (Our AC is a Trane system.) Ron and his son came out and did a solid, efficient job at a very reasonable price. I had talked with Ron earlier, and he emphasized that he doesn't like to sell you services you don't need: he respects the fact that many people are on a budget, and he wants them to get the full life out of their heating & air conditioning systems -- therefore he only recommends what you really need. Ron explained some of the specific issues with our system, and it was interesting to learn more about this Trane model as it compares with others. (Ron said he also has a Trane at his home -- though he works on systems of many different types and brands.) It's always good to discover a solid, high quality local business. Great work, Ron & son! Thanks for coming out and doing a fantastic job! (I also gave D&K a review over on Yelp, and I encourage anyone who reviews them here also to review them there.)
These guys are awesome! If I could give them more stars I would. I called them up this morning because our AC wasn’t cooling and they were at my house within like 30-40 min. They diagnosed the problem very quickly, and fixed my AC the same day! If you’re looking for any of these services look no further these are your guys!
