Loved it
Did a good job on a long neglected unit on time at a reasonable rate.
Jon from Thompson’s responded to my message the same day and set up a repair appointment for the next day. He was on time and had the needed AC starter cap replacement part with him, so the repair was quick and got our house cooled down again in the middle of a heat wave. We have been Thompson’s customers for years, since they replaced our AC and then later installed a gas fireplace.
Very knowledgeable staff, which is why I went with Thompson. Most of the other HVAC vendors don't know the technical details of heat pump systems and just BS answers for the hard questions, which is a non-starter for me. Very happy with the Trane products. On-time, nice work, and wore masks.
Great service, owner and receptionist were awesome. My apartment manager mistakingly gave them the wrong address so I was without AC for 3 days on 3 100+ degree days(wasn't Thompsons fault). So I gave them a call and explained the issue told them the part needed and asked if there was anyway they could come out today, but all of their technicians were booked out. So the owner came out personally and fixed it right away! Would recommend this place to anyone in need of AC repair, couldn't be happier right now. Thank you!
I didn't ultimately use Thompson's service but Jon was professional, kind, knowledgeable and more than anything incredibly timely on all communications. Also a big plus that they install Trane systems as I do think they are the best and most reliable on the market.
We had a gas fireplace insert installed and had stacked stone installed around the installation. They did a great job, kept us in the loop of what was being done, showed up on time, and cleaned up after installations. We are thrilled with the result! Mike & Cathy Houston, Woodland
The experience was great from the initial consultation with John. He answered all of our questioned and we did not feel he was trying to sell us on something we didn’t need. The crew that came to our home to install our new system were professional and friendly. System is working great. I would definitely recommend Thompson’s Heating & Air to family and friends.
My wife and I reached out to Thompson heating and air, he showed up on a Sunday and gave us a bid. His price couldn’t be beat, his work was amazing, everyone was so friendly and well mannered around my kids! They all were friendly, responsive and informative with a smile. They offer quality service at competitive prices, I would highly recommend them to anyone needing work they truly put the customer first.

Love this business. The heat wave was coming and our air conditioning was working poorly. I got the owner Jon when I called. They came out the next day, showed up on time, found and fixed our problem. The technician was pleasant and professional. We are already repeat customers and plan on continuing to be. Highly recommend.
Thompson’s exceeded our expectations. They were Easy to find, quick to deliver a competitive bid, friendly to work with throughout the process, thorough in their installation, and the product they installed is a perfect solution to what we were looking for. This was a commercial install at a laundromat. The heat load in the building is unique and John catered to our specific needs. They financing program worked great for our current situation. Overall I’d work with John again, and highly recommend Thompson's.
An absolutely fantastic experience beginning to end. Not only easy financing but they give so much value added benefit! They didn’t just give us a fireplace but a beautiful place for our family to enjoy!
This was my second experience with Thompsons. Numerous 4th of July's ago, my a/c went out. We had been in an oven for 3 days. My husband had a very serious heart condition. He was refusing to go to a hotel. I had called every HVAC company or so I thought. Last hope was Thompson's. The gal answering the phone, a live person, no voice mail, listened to our challenges. She re-routed her tech. Within 30 days Kevin was knocking on our door. Within 60 minutes we were cooling off....today: heater went out Sunday am. You can be assured that I called Thompson's. I will be up and running tomorrow. My neighbor had the same problem, no heat. Jon @Thompson's had Kevin and his associate here at 2:30. They did her unit first and she got the last part. I'll be running tomorrow. I know this is long, but in case you are a senior, trust this company ..
I wrote the review two weeks ago on service work. When they installed my new equipment this week. They blew me away with thoroughness and follow up. I've hired mechanical contractors professionally for 35 years. These guys are at the top of the list for reliability and quality. Plus they just plain treat people like they're important to them Great Show Jon Wilkerson and crew!!! It’s great when you get a good attitude and people show up on time. They act like they appreciate your business

Thompson's Heating & Air headed by Jonathan Wilkerson is an excellent firm; rendering excellent superb service at a conscientious price/cost. I assure you that you will not be sold dishonest service. An example is the occasion several NINE years ago on which I was prepared to purchase/have replaced the whole air conditioning system of my house because I thought my system was old and dead (I was told by other Heating Air conditioning businesses that I needed to toss out my air-conditioning system) but Jon (while he could make huge amount of money) upon finishing his examination of my system told me that my system needed just a minor tune up. This morning (3/3/2020) after an additional 9 years of life/service from my 28-years old system, Jon replaced the really dead cooling part of my system with an excellent caring/professional/honest replacement. God Bless Jon/s business and the associated knowledgeable courteous professionals at Thompson's Heating & Air.
We are enjoying our HVAC system with zoning. Our new home has been quite comfortable all year. We appreciate Jon and his crew for taking the time to help us after we bought our home. They came to our home a week before we moved in a got most of the time work done while we were away. We trust them and gave them our keys. Each day our home was left clean like they hadn’t even been there. Highly recommended, reliable, and honest crew and business!
