Great team and excellent work.
Responded over the weekend and then came immediately on Monday morning and worked around my work schedule and was willing to wear a mask in the house. He honestly diagnosed the problem and charged a very fair price. Having been cheated as a single mother by so many service people, I was really grateful to find someone who charged for the work rather than what they thought they might milk me for. I will definitely be a repeat customer!

I had Phoenix install a Whole House Fan in the home I just bought as it didn't have one. They had it installed in no time and the WHF works great and is super quiet my wife loves it!
I had Phoenix Heating and Air come and install a Quiet Cool in my home since the AC just wasn’t cutting it. They showed up on time and were professional and courteous. While they were here they noticed some leaking ducts which they fixed and they also cleaned the existing HVAC system. Not only do I have a Quiet Cool now but my original AC is blowing colder than ever.
Phoenix is very polite, professional and honest. He was recommended to me by my sister-in-law. We needed to have our HVAC unit inspected, cleaned and serviced before summer begins. We agreed on a time and he arrived promptly. He even texted me prior to arrival, which I appreciated. He completed the service and performed minor maintenance after throughly explaining it to me. He charges fair prices. We will be using Phoenix for all our HVAC needs. Thanks Phoenix!
Phoenix came highly recommended to me by a friend when I suddenly had to replace the HVAC system in my rental. I was very impressed by how knowledgeable he is as an installer. I appreciated how professional he is and how he emphasized the importance of getting the appropriate permit. ABSOLUTELY AMAZING HVAC EXPERIENCE. Phoenix Heating & Air was incredibly fair priced, professional, clean, timely and accurate in their diagnosis. Phoenix personally took accountability throughout the entire process and repaired our HVAC system in a timely manner just in time for summer. The company has gone out of its way numerous times to make sure we weren’t in on anguish very long as we know our California summers have been. Phoenix Heating & Air is definitely our go to company here in the Woodland/Sacramento Area & will be getting 100% of our businesses from here on out.
