Second time using Trifecta and while I was very happy before, the service today was even better. Mauro, our service technician was on time, took his time and did a very thorough job of servicing both our heater and AC unit. He even took the time to write down the full model number and year of each unit, which I had no idea of since they were installed by our home's prior owner. He even cleaned the area around the heater and was incredibly clean, wearing foot protection whenever inside our home. Could not have been any happier.
Once again I need to comment on the excellent service Trifecta provided. Our furnace stopped working in this cold snap. The two technicians John and Shawn came out and took a look at our problem. We were fearing the worse but it turned to be no more than a loose wire. Not only did they reconnect it but showed us how to fix it if it ever happened again. We were not happy about having a repair issue but totally happy with the outcome and the respect we were shown. If you need to call for repairs we highly recommend this company.
Great job. Price is a bit higher than the competition, though.
Trifecta is an excellent company. I have used them for several different jobs. They just replaced my ducts in the home and the heat is working very well
Very professional, highly knowledgeable, on time and went over my new thermostat & new heater. They put down drapes so my floors stayed clean, took away all old parts too. Excellent service. I would highly recommend this company and will continue to use them for maintenance

Our 17 year old home in Huntington Beach has a very atypical a/c condenser and furnace set up and Shaun and John were able to quickly assess and help remedy a very complicated problem we were having. I was very pleased with their knowledge and professionalism. I would definitely use them for any future A/C issues.
Derwin came by; assessed my fan/AC problem; diagnosed a bad fuse, replaced it. Twenty minutes after he left the fuse blew again. I called Trifecta and Derwin returned and fixed the problem. Trifecta and Derwin were professional both times. My unit works, I'm happy.
John was great! They arrived before anticipated. They were very professional and were very respectful of the house. He explained everything he was going to do right before doing it. He was able to explain the repairs to me and give me estimate on the spot before starting the work. Would call them again for my system upgrade.

Sean and John were great throughout the process of repairing our A/C unit.
Had our furnace and duct work replaced. We had Tim out on Tuesday to take a look; he diagnosed something with our furnace that four others vendors had failed to catch over the last 2 years. Gave us a good estimate and even arranged the asbestos removal vendor in conjunction with their service. The install was 2 days later by Anthony and Devin. Great guys who worked hard getting it all done and answered all of our questions. Trifecta is our go to for Heating and HVAC; you won’t be disappointed.
I really enjoyed meeting the techs John and Shawn. They came and repaired my furnace by replacing my computer board, which cost $750. It was a lot more expensive than I thought and they took the old parts which I wanted to keep, but the heat works and they seemed like good guys.
Awesome experience with this company. Technicians were able to arrive early for my appointment and I was called to make sure this would work for me. They were very respectful of my property. Cleaned up everything and left absolutely no mess. Very nice technicians. Quick and easy. No upsell. I will definitely use this company again.

Personable repairman, wore a mask and booties on shoes inside. Arrived on time and explained all procedures as he did them. Repaired my A/C and performed maintenance and checks. He had not been informed I wanted a thermostat installed so I had to make another appointment for next week to complete that.
Son and his team are AMAZING!!!!! I wouldn't go anywhere else for AC & Heating!! Their attention to detail is impeccable!!!
