Just had maintenance done on my ac unit by Daniel Avila. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED TO ASK FOR HIM!! Professional, respectful, clean and trustworthy!! I had the opportunity to experience the expertise of Preston today, and to say I was pleased with his service, would be an understatement. He was very knowledgeable and went above and beyond to assist me with getting a new unit installed, since the unit I have is over 30 years old. Thanks Preston you are a true Angel young man.
Absolute airflow is great except for one thing; attendance/promptness. If I make an appointment a week on advance and I am told day before that it needs to be postponed not once but twice- that wastes a lot of my time and energy. I have had 4 appointments cancelled last minute in different jobs. I have to admit that I was a bit incredulous when technician Daniel stopped by to do annual maintenance on the hvac system. that says a lot about my confidence in their promptness. However, Daniel was very thorough, friendly and professional. He explained the process of what he would so which is always a plus. Provided a system recommendation which be considered. During his visit, we ran into a little wildlife snag as a snake showed up unannounced. Snake didnt have an appointment so Daniel valiantly grabbed the uninvited guest and placed it in it's new home. He didn't scream like a little girl while doing this either. Is that a cool overall tech or what? Absolute, please improve your attendance/promptness record and then we can talk!
Great service with clear explanations of the various tasks David did on my 6 HVAC systems. He wore booties in the house, was polite, friendly, listened to my concerns, answered all my questions, cleaned up after his work, & went above & beyond what other technicians have done in the past. I highly recommend him, & his company Absolute Airflow. A job well done!
Service technician was very professional. Explained everything he had to do and what he needed to do to get everything completed properly. Came out late on a Saturday afternoon of Fourth of July weekend and get everything taken care of.
Let me start off with the fact that I was not impressed at first. I was going to right a bad review. The company bought out the company I used to deal with and the first install was not great. With that said, they sent me a great tech, Aidan. He saved the day for the company and my home. He would actually show up on time as promised. Aidan was patient and thorough in his work. I had dealt with many contractors before, being a business owner and had worked on dozens of projects, so I know when the company or staff is trying to be "slick." Aidan however showed integrity, which is often lacking in the industry. He spent time to investigate the problems and was upfront in giving us solutions to the possible issues we had encountered. He was honest and trustworthy. And I can tell he was looking out for us too. With techs like Aidan on their staff, I would definitely call them back for my future needs. I would request for him directly. Great Job Aidan!

Preston and staff were very profesional and explained everything as they went along with the service. Definitely recommending to anyone if need of HVAC services.
getting the appointment was a little tricky, but steven and like eventually made it out. they were professional and courteous, they explained everything they were doing and why. didnt make a mess, and got the job done. thanks steven

Steven Palomino was super helpful and kind! He provided excellent service and education from Absolute Airflow. He arrived when expected, was considerate and respectful in entering our home and very detailed in his inspection.
Ruben Rivera came by to do annual AC maintenance. Ruben was professional, friendly, and on time. Ruben did a fantastic job because he checked all the vents to make sure air are coming out good and informed me there’s one that’s not. It’s the same one with lack of air that others can’t seem to find the cause. Well, Ruben went into the attic and found the issue and now it’s working great! Thanks Ruben!
You see so many offers for AC service but who do you trust. I have never had such a professional, honest, straightforward technician explain my air conditioning system to me. From the initial phone call to the diagnostic process to the recommendations. This company is A+. My technician was Spencer Whitewood, and he actually stopped and took the time to explain both the strong points and the weak points of my air conditioning system. He made on a straightforward recommendations without even me, telling him my concerns of my air conditioning shortcomings. I was very lucky to get in on a $49 cleaning and diagnostic program. With the option of $99 yearly spring winter, check up with air filters each time program. Overall, I am extremely happy and write them as a five star. I have friends in the business, but will definitely be calling them back. They were also extremely clean, outstanding notification of the technicians arrival and on time.
Gabriel is a professional. I would like him to be the one to do our maintenance all the time. He actually did everything right and even better than the last 3 guys that were sent out. They barely checked anything. He made sure our system was in top shape.
Kyle was terrific! Very helpful and professional. Found some concerns in the attic and discuss my options with me. Will absolutely be using him in the future.

We had Spencer come out today to do our AC tune up and inspection. He was very knowledgeable on the unit and spent the time to understand our needs and educate us. He was on time and professional. We would definitely hire him again!
Brett did the AC tune up. Professional and knows what he’s doing. Friendly and makes his recommendations without over pressuring. That’s why I keep their membership. Good company.
I am not happy with Absolute Air Flow. I ask if the job could be done the same day as the estimate. They said yes. Andrew came out but didn’t have the supplies to start the job that day. So I waited another day. Two plumbers came. They were very nice and knowledgeable. But one had to leave two times to get supplies. Which made the job take longer. I had 4 Faucets changed and was supposed to have two runny toilets fixed. The plumbers didn’t have a work order and didn’t know anything about the toilets. They were going to go (again) to get supplies for the toilet. But they were already here five hours and I didn’t t have the time. I think I was way over charged because Andrew knew I didn’t know anything about plumbing. I know that was my fault. But I’m to trusting. I know now just because you hear of a company on a Christian radio station doesn’t mean they are honest. I waited two days for the job to get done and I still have runny toilets. And paid over $2500.00. I will not recommend Absolutely Air Flow and I will not use them again.
