The overall experience was poor. The instillation was super late, which would later cause problems. That later problem was our tank ran out of the fluid it needed to stay cool. They are rude. They stated they had no idea when they would be out to fix it. I asked, " A week, a month? How long?" He said, I don't know when we'll be out to fix your a/c unit. I'd give a zero if I could. I swear they are a SCAM!
Works fine now, communication with them was tough but all in all I got a solid product / service at a low price, thanks everyone @ D Air
Speedy service and good prices
I made 3 attempts for a salesperson to come to my house. 1 e-mail, 2 Called and left message, 3 I was told the salesperson was not in the office and she told me he would call back. That was 6 working days. "Not counting weekends" If I having bad customer service to get you to come to my house, what would happen after I paid you.
Good price compared to Costco and Home Depot. I just had a Lennox 5 ton system installed by D-Air. The technician team was professional and their service amazed me. Absolutely 5 stars!
They did amazing job. We just had a central air system installed. Their prices compared to Costco and Home Depot was very good. We got a high end Lennox system for much less than the other competitors. The installation was professional and looks great.
Poor customer service, no show no call. I made an appointment 3 days ago for first appointment in the morning because I must work and nothing. I do not recommend this company.
