Really happy with the service I received today. The technician came out to restore power to my mini-split. He took the time to listen to me, analyze the problem and had it repaired in no time. Technical was very professional, he wore all of his protection gear for our safety. He completed the job in a timely manner. Very friendly and explained what he did for maintenance.
Honest evaluation of problem and didn’t try to upsell us. Had us running in about 30 minutes on a system that other company said was essentially unsalvageable. Evaluation was entirely different than other company on both units in house. Serviced and advised that system had many good years left in it.
