City of SB pulled our permit and mailed it to IPermit. They have been scheduling appointments with inspectors since May. So far with every appointment, nobody showed up. Information that I could have been given in April, I wasn't given until June. Such as texting the pictures, the contractor had to come, etc. But it still did not explain why nobody showed up. No excuse for this terrible service.
I have calledd 14 times and every time was put on hold and a machine answered. I left my email , and requested I be emailed or texted ith dates and times available. I am self employed and lose money with countless calls over diffferent time in a 2 week perioe Each time . I left suggested dates and times. The response I got was a text or call to call them and the machine's number. One even said I should select option9 and there were no options. There isno way just ot go on line and schedule that I could find. Worse procedure Ihave seen. Who ever set their scheduling system up is not very competent.
Prompt and professional. Timos failed, of course, but iPermit was great!
Alex C. did an extremely excellent job on my inspection today. He was polite, professional and efficient. He arrived on time and got to work immediately after giving a detailed explanation of what his visit would entail today. Thank you so much for superior service.
Even though we are still waiting for the second visit from the city, we are more than satisfied with iPermit company's services and efficiency. Vicki, our case handler even took our information home last Friday to call the city on her own time. Thank you for your fine service!
Cant say enough great things about our inspector, Daniel D! He was extremely professional, knowledgeable and friendly. We all feel safer now, knowing our homes new air conditioner has been cleared by Daniels high standards! 100/10!
Excellent service and was very informative on what he was looking for and the process to get permits for my ac. Told me what the city looked for and the quality of the installation I had done in my house. Highly recommended.

Highly recommend. Came to our river house in Parker……Went out of way to fix boat… even after two popped tires and four hour trip back to Havasu from Parker to fix…..AND after four new tires and full service and potential trim issue thoroughly tested … John even brought boat back day earlier… Now that is mobile service at reasonable cost and A+++ on mobile convenience.
Our inspector Daniel was very prompt and courteous! He throughly explained issues related to the installation and maintaining the new A/C unit.

The technician that came to our home called to let us know he was on the way and about how long it would be before he arrived. I really appreciated that! When he arrived he was professional, explained everything and answered all of my questions. Very friendly and personable but professional. No complaints at all, everything was easy. Thank you I Permit!
Alex sent a text 30 mins before and called before he came to let me know he enroute. When he got to my house he identified himself, wore his mask, stated what he needed to do and asked if I'd be ok with it. I was impressed by the approach of asking if I was ok that was very nice. I would've let him do his job but just still he him asking again was courteous. Once finished he stated everything he did again and told me what to expect and follow-up with afterwards. They do a great job.
iPermit did a great job for us with our CA HERS test. Mike showed up on time, was courteous, friendly, and professional. We received our results in a timely fashion in time for our Final Inspection. I would not hesitate to recommend them.

The company who installed our new AC uses iPermit for testing. Chris (Terry Johnson) visited us this morning for the HERS test. He was nice and professional. Being an engineer, I had some questions about how the tests work. He patiently explained all of them despite of his tight schedule.
Terry the representative that came to our house to take pictures for the permit process. He was very professional during the entire visit. The visit was very quick and He took time to explain the work that he performs after taking pictures and the next steps in the process. Although the company that installed our air conditioning chose to use this company, I would still recommend there services to others.

The interaction experience was very professional, cordial and fast. The professional was able to clearly communicate what was being reviewed, the requirements of the inspection and the responsibilities of hvac company who installed my system. Furthermore he was able to explain the methodologies used to optimize my air ducting and the inspection methods.
