My Mom referred me to this company for some items I needed fixed at my house. I liked how professional they were from my initial call to the technician that came out and installed the tankless water heater. Very professional
I hired Fleetwell for a duct cleaning service, which they did a great job. Then I asked them if they were experienced with Thermostats after they finished the ducts. They said yes, I wanted something modern and they shared some great options. Well, I hired them for that as well and could not be happier with the service they provided. I give them 5 stars and also recommend them
Walter & Wilfredo did a beautiful job on our mini split install with 2 head units. Aside from the product being a great value, they had very competitive pricing. They protected everything (including the path across the floor where they were working) and cleaned up really well after the install. They also made sure to ask and confirm that we were okay with the path they were using for pipes and covers, electrical, etc, which we appreciated. Walter definitely knows his way around a mini-split…inside and out! The only snag at all was with the scheduling office, where there seemed to be some miscommunication about the time it would take to complete this job and another project’s delay. I had taken the day off to have the installation done, but was able to modify my schedule to allow them to complete the job. I’d definitely recommend Fleetwell to anyone looking for HVAC services!

It was time to upgrade to a tankless water heater. After shopping around and toying with the idea of doing it ourselves. We went with Fleetwell because we felt they offered the best service at a reasonable price. We really like the tankless system, way better than a traditional water heater

Fleetwell was easy to work with. We got a new furnace and AC system that both look great. Walter and Wilfredo did a great job with the install. Alex and Ron from the office made sure things went smoothly. Would use them again.

We recently purchased a home in Pasadena and our HVAC system was not functioning properly. We called Fleetwell and they had someone at our home rather fast. After about 4 hours they had our system working fine. I was impressed by how fast and professional they were from the initial call to the service call.
This company was prompt to set us up with a service call (less than 2 hours). They kept us updated when our guy was expected to arrive. Javier arrived on time and was very professional. He even invited me to watch so I could learn how to change my filter. This guy was a bro and Fleetwell was easy to work with. We will definitely use them again!
The maintenance tech for me was very pro. He was super str8 to rhe point, and it was a no nonsense situation. Idk if this is common practice with repair guys but he had a really positive attitude. For sure a winner of a co. Reco’d
We have a small Dinner in the Valley and wanted to switch to a tankless electric water heater. We have been shopping around but when my husband talked to the team at Fleetwell, he felt very comfortable with them. Long story short, they came in and changed everything up, the work they did was professional and clean. We liked them so much, they are going to be installing a similar unit in our home as well. If you need a tankless water heater, these are the guys to hire!!
Interesting timeline - we initially (several months ago) had Fleetwell folks out to inspect our existing heating system, and they gave us a clean bill of health. We asked for someone to give us an estimate to install AC then, but no one ever got back to us. Last week we got a call offering a return inspection, so I called back and mentioned that we really wanted an AC estimate. This time they were out the next day. We went thru all the issues and signed up to do the upgrade on Thursday, and they were ready to go the next Monday. The installers tried several options in terms of placement, and ultimately found a spot I hadn't considered, but it worked out well. The install went smoothly - they had to get the condenser delivered the next day, so it was two days, but they were done by 11 am the second day. All work was clean, and the AC seems to work fine, although it's cold enough that it's not a serious test yet. One minor quibble - the estimator told us that each install came with a Nest thermostat. But the installers hadn't been told and didn't have one with them, so they made a note to let the office know and said someone would get back to us. We'll see how fast that goes, and if they do get on the case, I'll probably add that last star. Overall, I'd use 'em again, but I don't expect to ever do another AC installation. We'll probably pay 'em to do the inspections they pitched to start this whole adventure off.
I was able to schedule a home air conditioning service from this HVAC company without too much wait. I received a call from the technician informing me that he was on his way and that the service was done quickly. He also explained what he would do before doing it, which was great. Overall, it was a delightful experience. Thank you for the job well done
I wasn't really expecting that I would run into issues with my heater since it's fairly new but I woke up one morning and the house was freezing. I got on the phone right away but had a hard time finding a company that was available to help me out. Luckily, after about 5 different phone calls to services in the area, I eventually reached Fleetwell. They were amazing. They came right out and helped me take care of everything. Our technician was Alex and he was so helpful. The whole thing was finished in no time at all and thankfully it was an easy fix. These guys will definitley be my first call next time.
