Your response is a lie. The appointment on the 6th was NEVER rescheduled. I never had a 2nd appointment scheduled. Therefore not canceled by me. I don't have a son, which is how I know "he" didn't cancel. I only ask Valerie or Veronica for a little notice, explaining that I need more than a one day to work my logistics out. I've logged calls on 4/11, 4/18, 4/25, 4/28 and Today. The card I have from your tech says Pacific Breeze. Churches would have not ignored my calls. By the way, I was never told that it would be scheduled for next week. That would have been exceptable. Terrible communication.

Installing a heat pump was more work than I realized. But Fabian and his team did a great job, worked steadily, andalways remained calm and helpful. It was a good experience. I would hire rhem again.
Daniel Sacco did a wonderful job! He cleaned up after himself and took care of the problem quickly!!!!! Definitely recommend using pacific breeze in turlock for any hvac work!!!!! Dispatchers are so friendly and all the technicians get the job done in a timely manner! Very professional!!!!
The technician was cordial and friendly. We went over issues and recommendations. I received a quote of replacement parts/labor cost but there was no details of the findings i. writing. We discovered that he did not switch the lights off in the ceiling. Truly miss Mark from Church Heating who retired and provided the service for the last 5 years.
The owner gave me an all in one price quote instead of an itemized quote with a price breakdown on the different parts of my project needed to compare it to the other quotes I received. I thought this was a little odd. He did provide the breakdown. I called his office to say I'm ready to proceed with hiring them for 3 of the quoted items and was given a new price by the office manager. I agreed to that price but the owner hasn't called to schedule the work. When I called again to ask about getting started, the office manager told me the owner would need to call me with a new price, not the one quoted. Now, still no communication. You don't change the price of a job midstream.
