Juan came out to service our AC. He was on time and very professional. He explained what he was doing. He recommended certain things for our AC. Juan prepared an invoice and emailed it right away which was very helpful. I will definitely be using this company in the future for all my needs. I will never do business again with this company. My 80 year old parents called them to fix their air! 1.5 hours later. They charged my parents 706.00. They replaced two small parts that didn’t cost much. Their labor was 250.00 per hour and 85.00 just to come out! I feel they took advantage of older people! They would not work with me for a reduced price. I hope they don’t keep getting away with this kind of practice
They replaced my A/C unit and were super nice and very meticulous in their clean up everyday. The unit is much more efficient and I now have separate controls for upstairs. So happy, would highly recommend!
Air Kustoms is by far the best A/C and Heating company to call for repairs or for replacing your old broken down system. We have been doing business with them for 9 years. Air Kustoms is our first stop go to company to call for work. They even do tankless hot water up grades. Highly recommend them! Ask for Jose Carreon, he is honest and will tell it to you straight.

Juan was awesome!! The workmanship is excellent. Is Helper it’s a very respectable well mannered Eager to please your man. The office was excellent at communication and following up with rebate information. I myself am a contractor and I am not easily impressed but these guys did great. I would highly recommend them
Juan, Armando, and Jose did an excellent job. Installing the Heating and AC. They were all professional and courteous. Their work was done well and they cleaned up after themselves every day they were present. Timely and efficient! Thank you!!!

From my experience every time we have needed to have service done or just the regular maintenance AirKustoms has come through. From the office staff to the service technicians it has been good and prompt. The last 2 services have been done by Ricardo and Tony they made it less stressful by answering all the questions I had and making recommendations based on need not just to up the cost of repairs. Thank You for the job well done.

The customer service received is excellent!!! They were able to get a tech (Joey) out same day and addressed our questions and issues. Joey did a thorough inspection of our unit and found some concerns and shared recommendations with us. They are also very affordable. I highly recommend Air Kustoms Inc. for any HVAC issues.

I've been using them for years on dozens of retail locations and they have done nothing but out perform all other contractors around. Thier team and techs are great in keeping up with our commercial needs. Great prices and turn around on unit replacements, repairs and service. Very pleased with them and highly recommended.
