***CONSUMER ALERT*** ***WARNING*** Timos damaged our property during installation, admitted they did it and refused to come back and fix it unless we paid him the last $500 our of $17,563. We refused. He filed a lien against our house for $500. He yelled, screamed and called us names and was COMPLETELY UNPROFESSIONAL. The owner *JOEY* sold out to Service Champions. He is not a mom and pop as he still advertises. Now, court costs, the cost of repairs and on and on. Avoid this company to avoid headaches. There are any others in the Valley here, pick one of those instead. ***WARNING*** ***CONSUMER ALERT***
Timo’s Receptionists, Raquel and Kate, Heater and Air Conditioner Installers, and Robert Saavedra, Technician have demonstrated patience, tact, knowledge, and the utmost courtesy in their conversations in person and on the phone. My subsequent calls to them can surely measure customer satisfaction and have been extraordinarily successful. I really appreciated the fast and great service delivered to us. The Lennox Heater and Air Conditioner are working great. Thanks to everyone involved in Timo’s talented team.
The service man, Jose was very professional in the repair itself and explained the whole process in a clear manner that I could understand.
Just had an AC tuneup and Timo did a very thorough job. checked the freon, motor voltages and compressor. Replaced my air-filter. I'm very happy with the service and the nice guys they sent out. Rick N
Jose from Timo’s came to perform a routine maintenance on our A/C system. He was extremely knowledgeable regarding the system and answered all our questions. We purchased the membership plan as we felt it was an excellent value. No one in the desert wants their A/C to fail. Timo’s did a fantastic job and I highly recommended this company!
Romeo Morales has been to my home for servicing my HVAC several times. He is always on time and clearly explains what needs to be done and how the new system is currently operating. An added touch is I receive photos showing the status of my equipment on his diagnostic tools. If you have a Trane HVAC, there is nobody in this valley I would call but Timo's and ask for Romeo Morales.
Filipe was very helpful. He narrowed my problem down to a thermostat setting. Very personal, he even asked me to call him first thing tomorrow morning to let him know if everything is working correctly. I hope he will be the one to take care of my system when the regular, annual check-up is due.
They were very educational in informing us so we knew the status and condition of our air conditioner unit along with our air conditioning ducts. Great professionals 💯‼️
They helped find and fix a leak in our system other companies had missed. They spent a lot of extra time troubleshooting with us to give us ideas of how to improve things without any pressure to purchase any services.
Romeo and Ricardo were terrific. My ac had been out for 5 days. No Freon and needed a new coil. These gentlemen saved the day, got my ac up and running quickly. I’ve used Bug Guys (now Purcor) since I moved here 4 1/2 years ago. I couldn’t be more pleased and they’ll be back in late June for my regular tune up. 👍👍🙏
Andrew and Joshua were professional, knowledgeable and very courteous doing our twice a year inspection. I loved their attitude!
We were in dire need of our central AC repair. The AC stopped working at 2 am in this desert heat. I filled out a request online. I got a phone back bright and early around 7 am. At 1030 am Nick was here promptly. He knew exactly what needed to be repaired. We know we need a whole new system but we weren’t ready at the very moment. He made only one replacement of a controller and we had AC again. Waiting til next week for an estimate on replacement. We chose next week as we have other commitments to contend to. They were ready to come out the next day. Nick was very polite and professional. No high pressure sales or gouging us for repairs that were necessary at the time. We look forward to the estimate. We feel confident they will make it work for our budget.
Timo's does our 2X per year maintenance of our air systems. They have also responded very quickly the few times we needed immediate repairs. They are the best vendor in this category that we've have ever had. Skilled, professional, and honest. They will give you practical advice about maintaining your systems without advocating for unneeded repairs or system replacement.
Timo's has outstanding technicians! Romeo performed maintenance on my 2 a/c units and installed a surge protector. He is efficient, knowledgeable, and personable. Every employee at Timo's has been outstanding!
Not that happy that my 6/7 year old brand new system already has a Freon leak?! They sold me the system with a 10 year warranty but that only covers parts and not labor and NOT anything to do with Freon. Also not to mention it will cost a TON of money out of pocket just to try and find the leak. Buyer beware. The service tech was good but not happy at all with spending the money we did and not have any logical guarantee. Don't sell me a membership, a new compressor saver on a system that's not that old. Studies find that a Freon leak is mostly because of manufacturer error or install error. Why should a customer with warranty have to pay for this?????

From start to finish Timo's was very professional. Their sales person, Miguel was dynamite and worked with us with the costing and explained our various options for types of AC's. Timo's even submitted the energy savings rebate to IID for us. Within two days of our acceptance we had our AC's installed. The installers were terrific, protected our property and cleaned up after they were finished. They took care of every little detail up to caulking around the outdoor elec. boxes and finished looking covers for the refrigerant lines exiting the house to the AC.
We bought a new Lennox air conditioning system. The installation was professional, quick and the guys were great! Thanks to Jose JR and Juan and other guys who helped. All very friendly and courteous. Definitely recommend!👍😁
My Timo technician, Andrew, was really personable and professional. This was just a regular maintenance visit, but I learned a lot I didn't know about filters, compressors, etc. If possible, I will request Andrew next time I need to call Timo.
