I continue to trust Mendez Air Conditioning & Heating to keep my home cool in the Summer and warm in the Winter. Today, Juan and Ricardo, along with the owner, Rick (Enrique) installed a new HVAC machine as my existing one was 12-years old and was beginning to fail. As always, they arrived on time, were professional, and completed the install within a few hours and all is working fine.
I just had a new a/c installed. It was done in a smooth and professional way. Ricardo, Juan and David did a great job.Have been with them for a number of years now. Very good service with knowledgeable technicians, such as Victor, that patiently and thoroughly answered all my questions. Office personnel are friendly and efficient as far as booking appointments and follow up.

Good people, good service, good prices. I have used Mendez AC for years, including putting a new unit on our roof. They are great, and don't have an attitude problem like those that barrage you with TV ads. Competent people with a good approach. Won't call anybody else.

From the first inspection with David to the complete installation with Juan and Ricardo, these folks were punctual, friendly, knowledgeable, dependable and went above and beyond to get the job done. I even had a personal visit from the Owner Rick to make sure everything was good. Thank you Ronda and staff for for your help as well!!! I cannot say enough about your stellar customer service!! I highly recommend Mendez to anyone looking to have a fast and friendly team help you out.

Chris and Sam came to my condo in Palm Springs to perform a twice yearly service on my a/c unit. They were kind, professional and on time. I highly recommend Mendez Heat/AC and hope they are the tech's who perform the next service.
Worse service ever.!!!!! "Ryan" was a horrible technician I Will never call these guys again.!!!! I never used this service in my life I don't know Ryan I think I was hacked and I am so sorry to the company. I'm sure your business is amazing and growing.
They serviced my large wall mount/ducted evap. cooling system which was not cooling the water. The float armature was mysteriously upside down. One of the two pumps required replacement which I had in stock. Total charges were for labor only which equaled service call minimum. System now operates quietly and smoothly. Guy was super pleasant and I am extremely pleased. I strongly would recommend you give Méndez HVAC a try.

This company was pleasant and easy to work with from the minute I called them. The scheduler educated me on the services offered. They kept me updated on the day of the service of time expectations. The Tech called me when he was on his way. He was very nice and professional. He was knowledgeable and made me feel comfortable. I'm glad I chose Mendez for my HVAC tune-up. Mendez air came to service our swamp cooler last year and it was decieded to wait until this spring to repace the 20 year old swamp cooler they installed 20 plus years ago. The price and service was excellent. On time and when there was a problem the owner came out in 30 mins and a follow up was done the next morning. This is a family run business and they know this desert and the right equipment for it. We loved Ron and Richardo as they expained all the bells and whistles of the new system. We highly recomend Mendez air.

Alex was excellent! He explained everything to me and didn’t make me feel stupid. I hope in December he is the one to come back.
