Julio and team did an outstanding job. They were very good to clean up when finished. He also helped me setup the thermostat app on my phone.

I made a huge mistake. I was doing a project with Daikin, and wanted to buy their products, and asked for the name of a dealer in Palm Springs. They gave me two names and boy did I make a mistake. Always get multiple bids. I have since learned that these guys are among the most expensive. (I’ve never bought an AC, so did not know what these things cost) One of the vents in our 30k (!) install did not work, was not even connected. I called and wrote. Finally, an owner gets back to me, rightly mortified. That was a month ago. Three visits, no follow up. I assumed that it was done. (A rival company offered to do it in one visit, but told me, you know, you shouldn’t have to pay us to have this done correctly. You should have them fix it) I just found out they left a hole in ceiling. I found because they texted me that they were headed to the house. Which is occupied. I left multiple voicemails, asking, are we done? No response. You will talk to many nice people. There won’t be coordination or follow up. The valley is full of AC companies. Look further.

It’s so obvious that they’re trying to screw my parents over. We had a burst pipe, and they keep setting us up for failure and extending the job so that they can get more money. DO NOT CALL THEM IT’S A SCAM.
Hands down Hector is the best service technician I've ever had! Very honest and he took the time to explained everything in detail. Completed the job and everything looked great. Very happy with his service.
Excellent service!! Arrived 3 hours before scheduled appointment. Which was GREAT!! He took the time to install an app on my iPhone so I can control cooling and heat from afar
I am very disappointed in the general. It took three times with different people to finally get the furnace to function properly. Now, less than 6 months, the compressor stops working so no A/c and we are in the hot period . I called twice to get someone to look at it and no one responds. So here I sit in the heat. The general advertise they will respond 24 hrs a day 7 days a week. There actions prove otherwise. At this point I would not recommend them.

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY! Just over a year ago we purchased a brand new heat pump. When it stopped working we called and were told as it was over a year we had to pay a 99$ service call plus parts and labour. In the first place this is not true as the Lennox unit we bought has warranties of 3-5 years. We called another licensed contractor who discovered the unit had been improperly wired - was it installed by an amateur? they asked. We called to complain to General AC but the manager has never got back to us though we were promised a call. Their hard sell on buying a service contract from them on top of the 14k unit we purchased makes us believe they deliberately set up wiring that would eventually require a service call. We could be wrong, perhaps they are just grossly incompetent. In any event I strongly advise finding another company.
