Came out quickly and got ac up and running.
Dana was the best electrician we’ve ever used. Professional, knowledgeable, and he went above and beyond. I would definitely use them again. A+++
We bought a property and we did not know the bad condition of the electric panel until our tenant started living there, and one night lights started going on-off and the panel started sparking. We knew we needed a quick solution by professional people. Our tenant recommended Erkies because of experience working with them. Dane came that same night and did the diagnostic. Dane explained to me different options/quotes and recommended the panel to be replaced and to minimize consumption until fixed. We decided to do it with Erkies with their commitment to be completed as soon as possible. They did the city permits, the electrical work, managed the inspection with Edison, did the stucco and the painting, they brought a generator for the tenant while the grid was disconnected. And all that in a couple of weeks. I cannot be more grateful; they did what they promised, and they did it well and on time. Very professional, highly recommended. Erkies delivered!
Our A/C unit quit and Erkies was able to come and install a new unit within 24 hours. Very prompt and professional service. Eric (the owner) worked very hard to get us up and running right away and within our budget. Couldn't be happier with the results.

Under a contract with this firm for over 3 years. Their quality of service has DECLINED dramatically. Owner Dane Feldman is arrogant when it comes to taking facts of his service techs and what they did or more importantly what they DID NOT do for my PRE-PAID service. After 12 times in 3 years of coming to my house you would assume that they would bring the right filters (part of the contract). Again this time they did not and the tech NEVER returned later to install them. That's a breach of CONTRACT. Consider these facts BEFORE you use them - the great thing about this valley is there are LOTS of other contractors that WANT you business and treat you with respect to keep you - not Dane (Erkies) Feldman.
In the palm springs area you know that keeping your ac in top notch service is essential. I called Erkies for my yearly maintenance. Mr. Reed was very professional and informative. Great experience all around! I definitely recommend you call Erkies for your ac needs.

Called Dane at Erkies and stated my pilot light had blown out. He instructecd me on how to relight the pilot. i would recommend it saved me a service call! Thanks Erkie!
On Sunday Morning 2-19-23 the electric power to our master bedroom and hot water circulating pump in our Victoria Falls, Rancho Mirage, CA home went out. Erkies responded to our emergency call within 1.5 hours and diagnosed the problem as Stablok electric receptacles that were wired in such a way that they were hazardous. Many of the receptacles were burned and melted in spots. Erkies on sight team disconnected all 17 receptacles on this circuit and returned on Wednesday 02-23-23 to replace the 17 receptacles. Dana the on-sight team leader was fantastic -very knowledgeable, courteous, efficient, and a pleasure to work with. We could not have asked for better expert service. Thank you, Dana and Erkies.

We hired Erkie's based on some good reviews on Yelp, in April 2022. They came out to install a new AC Pro heat pump system for the cost of $17,500, because they determined to old York system had a leak and was not working. I could write a long story on the problems we had dealing with them regarding this system. Instead I will keep this brief and simply list the main issues and let you be the judge if you would choose to use Erkie's Heating and Air. 1. We were told we would get a total of $4500 in rebates. In actuality we received $3500 in rebates. 2. The system stopped working on at least 3 separate occasions. This was in the summer when it was well over 110 degrees. On the final occasion it stopped they put a NEW motor in the NEW unit. 3. The system would not pass inspection with Indio city inspector and required additional work. We still have not received the Title 24 report Erkie's was supposed to send us (this according to the inspector). 4. This new motor was not installed properly which caused the system in the attic to leak and thus did damage to the ceiling in the living room. This occurred in August 2022. It took 3 demand letters from my attorney and until December 2022 for Erkie's to get someone out to repair the ceiling. The owner Dane, was to say the least, not responsive to my emails regarding this. 5. When the drywall was finally repaired, Erkie's refused to pay to have the ceiling repainted to original condition before the damage. They tried to just paint the area repaired, it did not match. Even Dunn Edwards said it would be impossible to match after 8 years. I had it repainted at my expense. We will NEVER be using Erkie's again.

Dane came over & immediately tried to sell me on brand new $25K system. Plus his personality just reminded me of old buddy who acts like he’s God gift to the world or something. He also kept complaining about how cold it was in my house. I mean you came to fix my heater on a cold morning what did he expect. Where a jacket next time. I wouldn’t recommend using this company.
Victor was here to fix leaks, install garbage disposal and repaired the valves and hoses to my washer. This young man deserves the highest praise from me. He was very knowledgeable and took the time to explain what he was doing. Ask for him he is the best Oh by the way he deserves a raise he was that good. We had our outdoor heater motor go last week…they put a rush on the replacement parts and worked tonight til 6pm to get them fixed before our family Thanksgiving dinner tomorrow!! #savedtheday; #greatservice

Worst customer Service ever. Dana sold themselves right out of the job. Talked in circles. Would not get to the point. Also… A real Door Bell and Ring are both available to ring and they chose to tap on the old wood door. Not Knock. The Ring Footage has been saved.
