They regularly service our A/C and heating here at Balboa Fence Company and we couldn't be more happy with the quality and timely responsiveness especially in the dog-days of summer in Santee! Recommend!
Whom ever is the driver of the Jerry's Heating and conditioning truck with the License Plate 83654E1 has hit my car twice and did not stop I'm guessing he drives under the influence not a happy camper with this company
Could not be happier with the service from this company! Scott came out on a Sunday within two hours and had the repair done within approximately 30 minutes! Great customer service! They did our original installation and were FAR less expensive and more available than any of the competitors. Highly recommend!!!
The air/fan setting was not hooked up our newly installed heater. GREAT customer service from service tech& AWESOME they have interns that are training- however when I called the office, the (younger) girl was not apologetic that I was frustrated that this was not working and she couldn't even LOOK INTO when someone could come out until "tomorrow". When I called later another older lady answered, she clearly has WAY more experience in customer service, or cares more about the company. Very clear in their responses & even tone towards "the customer" when she is the FACE OF THE COMPANY ANSWERING PHONE CALLS AND FIRST POINT OF CONTACT TO CUSTOMERS. **Will update stars after service tech comes out to fix minor thing. Because she deserves 1 star, but the technicians definitely deserve 5!
This is the 2nd 5 star review. This time it was my AC, Jerry's came out assessed the issue, didn't go ballistic on me with over the top bids on AC Replacement when all I needed was a motor fan replaced. Scott Blair came out took apart the unit, he made sure everything was okay, found the problem. took the part and replaced it. He was over the top with care and service, He also, gave me some excellent advice regarding ,my supply vents. Jerry's will definitely be the one I will call for my new AC. Thanks Scott and God bless you. Great service! Very nice friendly servicemen Tim and Garrett. I had a furnace replaced. Excellent work and very thorough. They took the time and made sure that everything was working properly, they were so neat you couldn't tell that they had been here..They explained in great detail about the new furnace. It made my day.
Scott called and was able to come early! He was very professional, knowledgeable and detail oriented. Our near 20 year old Carrier AC had stopped cooling our home. Within about 1-1/2 hours Scott had our home cooled down to 75 degrees! Awesome! We highly recommend Jerry’s. We also received a Senior Discount!
We have used Jerry’s for years and they have always been professional and go beyond expectations to help us. Recently they installed a new ac for us and did an awesome job! I would Highly recommend this company to anyone! We love they are local to Santee and employ great guys!!

I recently had the pleasure of doing business with this company. Tim and Victor arrived on time, were courteous, informative and pleasant in every way possible.They cleaned up completely and made sure I was satisfied before leaving. I would gladly do business with this company again.
The AC wasn’t cooling like it was supposed to. Jerry’s returned our call quickly and within a few days was able to send Scott out. Scott arrived on time and clearly explained all the possible problems. He was able to fix a leak and fill the freon 22 and explained about the newer more energy friendly freon that we’ll move to when our compressor needs to be replaced. He was very professional, experienced and customer oriented. We’ll call Scott again next time we need HVAC service.

We have commercial rentals and Jerry's Heating & Air Conditioning has always been there for us. Tenants can be very demanding when the don't have heat or A/C and Jerry always makes the extra effort to respond as soon as possible and he is very knowledgeable and quickly diagnoses the problem and solves it. I couldn't be more pleased.
I rarely if ever write reviews on anything good or bad. But in this case, there was no question, I needed to tell everyone how wonderful this company is. I was really hesitant to call. I was scared to be taken advantage of. But it was going on almost a week with no a.c. in Santee, in the summer. I called and explained and she was so nice and fit Garrett in the next morning. He was so professional and totally honest with me and fixed my a.c. He was straight up, didn't try and up sale me or talk me into anything. He gave me an honest assessment and a fair price. I'm so glad I called this company. FYI I read all the reviews too, and the couple on here that aren't stellar reviews are for ridiculous reasons and not totally true! Just say'in ..... Thank you.

Beware and stay away from this company. They have extremely poor workmanship, extremely poor customer service. I had a new heater installed and apparently they forgot to tape the ducting and it came apart. As you can see in the picture below, there are NO sign of tape to hold it together. See the sloppy mess that they left. No wonder my air conditioner has not been working properly. Now, they want $100 plus dollars to come out and connect it! Don't waste your time or money on this company.
My A/C had not been working for over 10 Yrs. I called Jerry's, made an appointment. The men came on time , introduced themselves (Alvin and Steve) and went work after I talked about what I wanted , hopefully, and In what seemed no time at all my A/C was working. The price was more than fair and the men where very friendly. I will recommend Jerry's to everyone I know Thank you Alvin and Steve
