Relocated a line set installed by a different contractor. the other guys ran it through a vent screen which let the critters in. Allegiance came out and properly installed the line set through the wall with the appropriate wall flange so i could re-screen the vent. it was a job well done
Very professional both sales and installation gentleman were wonderful . I felt they were honest with the cost . Excellent explanation of how everything works . Took the time to make sure I was comfortable running the heater . Even the dogs loved them .
The technician who performed maintenance on my air conditioning unit was friendly, considerate, professional, and not pushy. He fixed up the unit, answered my questions, and provided me with options for upgrading my system with detailed information and without any sales pushiness. I would use their services again and recommend them to folks looking for HVAC support.
There is absolutely NO REASON for your employee to be doing OVER 80mph coming down skyline truck trail at 5:30am!! Swerving around vehicles that are actually doing the speed limit of 55mph. Your employee was also doing over 80mph on Jamul drive which is a very curvy road with a posted speed limit of 45mph. All that speeding and i was still able to catch up to him at the stop light on jamacha rd. This guy is a liability to your company with his driving. Maybe he should leave for work earlier instead of putting all of us on the road at risk!!

Great people and great work. Raul and Ryan were very nice when they came to check up our system. They were easy with work with, extremely professional, and polite. They did miss a hole in our system sucking in hot air from our attic but it was very hard to see.
Matthew, HVAC Tech was very professional, helpful, kind and knew what he was doing. He knows his trade very well. He did tune-up and safety inspection
I had some cement work done at my home and needed to move my air conditioner. Alberto came and disconnected it and reconnected it a few weeks later. He did a great job was super professional and on time. Gina in the office was also awesome to deal with on the phone. Will definitely be using them again if I have any future needs.

Working with Allegiance was easy from setting up the appointments to the service call. Alberto worked my AC/Heater unit, he was easy to talk with, not haggled, he showed and explained to me what was recommended to be done, and showed me how to work the new thermostat too. The technician Alfonso was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. He replaced a wireless system connected to my furnace. No “extra” charges and heavy sell. I will definitely use Allegiance heating again.
