Not trustwortjy... speaks in circles..doesn't listen or read text..tells lies or braindead,can't figure out...not a builder's builder..will not use...THIS.from a 35 year real contractor builder...
Revised review DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS GUY!! He took our money and our existing solar panels and never came back. Biggest scam artist I have ever seen! He doesn’t respond to anything and doesn’t care that he has successfully taken our entire savings, stay far far away!
After significant delay, my mini split heating and cooling system was eventually installed

Was once an incredible company. Had a great initial experience noted below. However this company needs to have better response time and integrity. Can take weeks to get a call back, if ever. The owner has awesome workers working for him, though they and the customers deserve better. PREVIOUS: Led by Ray, this is the business to call if you ever have a question about air conditioning or heating needs. Ray came out twice and took care of my heater in a back unit, making sure it was in working order when he left, and saving me tons of money on replacing it. A very friendly gentleman. He also gave me and my wife some good ideas on new technology to warm and cool our home's living room.

My AC unit went out and I called Ray. He send his technicians out the following day. They were friendly and professional. They asked a couple questions about what I observed (suddenly stopped blowing cold air), asked me to try and turned it on, observed what the condenser unit did, and then seemed to have an idea what was wrong right away. 10 minutes later the knocked on the door to check vent temperature and said we were up and running again. Thank you very much!
The Owner of this company hired us to perform work at a project and was paid by the establishment. He kept all the money and has paid us nothing (Over $10,000). After numerous attempt to communicate, we finally reached him and he promised to make payments, which he has yet to do. He now refuses to accept calls from us. He is VERY UNPROFFESSIONAL. The contractors license he gave us for the project was expired. BEWARE WORKING WITH THIS COMPANY.
Company does not follow through on agreed upon commitments. Do not recommend doing business with them.
My A/C was cycling and not cooling. Called and had someone onsite the next day where they fixed a faulty condenser fuse the first try. Professional, Responsive and Helpful. Highly recommended!

Airflow Heating and Cooling did the work efficiently, courteously, and reasonably priced. They heard the description of my problem and went right to work without trying to upsell me. The technician and owner whom I spoke to were courteous and polite and kept me updated on the progress. Everything was cleaned up and put back together before they left. My heater is working fantastic! I would recommend this company to all of my family members and friends. I know I will be calling on them for other projects in my home.
Ray is awesome, honest, and gives beyond great service. I recommend him 100%! Go with him for any service you need and you will be extremely happy, trust me. Thanks Ray!
I needed to have a doorbell rewired and decided to use Airflow due to a family member's recommendation. I'm glad I did. Ray and Greg came on time to do the job and were very professional and friendly. The work involved cutting into some drywall but they cut the drywall in a clean square so that it was easy to patch back up and vacuumed after everything so that they left the place cleaner than they found it. Their pricing was fair and the work was solid. While they were here they were able to check a few plugs for me and replaced some older faulty wiring and even took a look at my AC system. I've since used them for some additional wiring jobs and to install some new light fixtures. Highly recommend!
In November 2020, I was having issues with my heating and air conditioning unit that Mauzy Heating & Air installed back in 2013. My heater would only blow cold air, unable to warm my condo. I called Mauzy Heating & Air to come out and they said the earliest they could come out was in four weeks. My tenant living at my property just had a newborn daughter and she needed her heating to work properly at night-time. I needed someone to come out quickly and hopefully fix or diagnose what was wrong with my heating unit. Next, I called Tarpy Heating & Air because they had great reviews on Yelp. A technician from Tarpy went out and explained I had a leak in my Heating and Air conditioning unit. He recommended that he fill my heating unit with refrigerant and that hopefully this would fix my problem. He charged me $450 to put in only 2 gallons of refrigerant. This price seemed ridiculously high, however, I was already out $150 just by Tarpy sending out their technician to diagnose the problem. So, I bit the bullet and spent another $300 to fill up my heating and air system with 2 gallons of refrigerant. My heating and air worked for two weeks, then once again, it was blowing cold air again and my tenant had no heating capability. I called back Tarpy again and this time, they wanted to charge me $850 for a leak search/test. There was NO way I was going to pay $850 for a leak search/test, so I called back Mauzy heating & air and they wanted to charge me $1200 for a leak search/test. It was at this moment, I realized that Mauzy and Tarpy have way too much overhead and they must charge ridiculous prices to pay for TV commercials, advertising, employees, etc.. I looked on Yelp again and luckily I found Ray Basso with AirFlow Heating & Cooling. If you're still reading this review, you've made it to the best part. I asked Ray how much he would charge for a leak test and he responded $300. Remember that Tarpy and Mauzy were going to charge me $850 and $1,200 respe
We just had a new HVAC and solar system installed by Ray and his team. Ray was recommended to me by my neighbor and the very first time I met Ray, I understood why. Ray walked me through the entire scope of work for both the HVAC and solar systems and he quoted me a very competitive price for both. Ray’s installation team was very focused on attention to detail and they never cut corners but did the job right! The overall job took several weeks since it involved relocating our HVAC system to our attic and installing nearly 20 solar panels over our large patio cover. The job has now been completed and we couldn’t be more pleased!! Thanks Airflow!!
Of course my AC broke during a heat wave. After calling Ray, he came out looked at the damage and let me know what I needed. He was able to squeeze me the following week so I could be up and running to beat the next heat wave. Ray and his team were very professional during the whole install. I couldn't be any happier with the service, install, and especially the cost to get me a up and running with a new AC and Furnace.
Ray addressed our concerns in a prompt reliable manner and he was very professional. We are very satisfied with his services and we give him a 5 star rating. My wife and I highly recommend his services to others.
