So happy I called West coast AC & Heater Repair for a second opinion on our non functioning AC unit which is only 6 years old.
"Another company I have loyally called on for service and maintenance told me my unit was not repairable and would need to be replaced. Our current unit was the ""Cadillac"" of the AC world 6 years ago so we thought it would last at least 15 years so we justified the extra expense at the time. Buying a new unit just 6 years later was hard to stomach so we decided to ask for a second opinion before committing to buying another expensive AC unit."

Emilio was able to repair my unit same day and offer further maintenance needs that he would coordinate after he visited with our unit's manufacturing rep. In addition, Emilio personally followed up on email with all of the information and action items discussed. Very impressive and very much appreciated!
