This morning I called Joe's Heating & AC Repair because a water heater was dripping into the drop pan beneath it. My meeting for this afternoon was set up by friendly phone callers. He was early for the appointment by a few minutes. He quickly went to work after fully outlining the procedure. As he carried in the new water heater and removed the old one, he spread out a drop cloth to cover the carpet. The replacement water heater was installed within a few hours. Overall, it was a wonderful experience. Thank you so much.
My water heater was replaced by this business two years ago. At the time, I was so pleased that I didn't even hunt for another contractor to take its position more recently. They communicate well and are quite receptive. He arrived earlier than the appointed time. He was very kind and helpful. We had Joe's Heating & AC Repair first visit today on our new maintenance plan. Anthony knows his stuff. He fixed a damper problem in our 3-zone system that previous techs (another outfit) did not catch. He discovered the AC system was over-charged with refrigerant that can cause excessive wear on the compressor. Again, not caught (or possibly caused) by previous techs. A run capacitor was also replaced. The outside unit is running noticeably quieter now. I'm glad we chose Joe's Heating & AC Repair.
I recently moved to from central Illinois and was looking for a company to use for maintenance and sevice on my heating and cooling system. After reading great reviews about Joe’s Heating & AC Repair and comparing their pricing to others, I scheduled an appointment for complete maintenance of the system. They were able to schedule me right away and were very professional from scheduling the appointment to completing the maintenance. The technicians explained my system and its condition in a way that I could understand and also explained the service plans they offer to save me money without any pressure. We initially set up an appointment with them to replace our AC and it was going to be about a month out. Unfortunately our old unit did not make it that long and Joe’s Heating & AC Repair’s came and installed a temporary condenser to ensure that we had AC while we waited for our install date to arrive. Once that day came, they were prompt in their arrival between 6-7am just like they said and showed up with a 3 person crew. One immediately went to work replacing the condenser while the other two got to work replacing the air handler and furnace in the attic. The entire system was installed, tested, and cleaned up by 1:30 that afternoon. They took the time to explain everything to me and provided me with my warranty paperwork via email. They were very competitively priced, even handled the SRP rebate for me, and a professional experience from the time I set my initial appointment to completion of install. I highly recommend Joe’s Heating & AC Repair’s for your HVAC needs.
