This company is fantastic!! I previously had a completely new a/c system put in and they were so profession. What I like right of the bat was the courteous manner the crew had upon arrival. They installed the new unit promptly and finished by wiping everything down in my house and left my home looking like it was just before arrived. Their price for my new unit was several thousand dollars less than the competitor for the same unit. Ok so now my daughters a/c unit needed some updating and Chris the service representative arrived my daughters on time and stayed I stayed with her to ask any questions necessary on her behalf. Again the rep. Chris was so pleasant upon arrival. He performed a complete inspection and upon his completion he provided several options to choose from to review. The plan we chose was very reasonable and will be performed in the next several days. I recommend Ray’s a/c as they are hands down the best company I have ever used. Oh and no I do not get anything for this positive review. I wrote a more inclusion review because they are a very honest company and deserve it.

I would strongly recommend not bothering with any other company if you are looking for a company that knows what they are doing. Ray's was hired to fix 2 recently improperly installed furnaces and do an inspection on a questionable A/C installation. Both originally done by a so called reputable company and misdiagnosed the problem. If you unfortunately need to have your system repaired or replaced as we did, you will experience the difference between qualified and so called qualified by having Ray's perform the services. Ray's is the standard by which any type business should perform. Polite, professional, clean and efficient. Outstanding crew. Thank you very much Chris. Bob Leone

I needed Ray’s last week, as the heater went out in my home. As always, the incredible staff came and replaced the burnt out system with the newest, updated high tech equipment! Excellent service. Osvaldo is a great technician and inspected our air conditioning and heating systems. He repaired the air conditioner. Osvaldo explained everything and was very thorough. I highly recommend them.

We have used Ray's Service at our home for 35 years and they also did work for my wife's mother for years before that. Chris is the consummate professional and someone that I trust completely when it comes to an assessment of my equipment. When Chris has assigned staff to come out for a maintenance check, they have always been friendly, knowledgeable and answer all of my questions and concerns. Office staff is also a pleasure to work with. As long as Ray's Service is around, I will always hire them for my heating and air conditioning needs.
Ray's service went above and beyond. I have been having issue with the AC since last summer. If you can bear with a little background it will put Ray's professionalism into perspective. I had contacted another highly rated (family owned and operated) AC service and had them come out twice to fix the issue. Both times I was charged for the inspection. They could find nothing wrong with the unit. They did find that are solar and battery installation wiring was problematic and thought that was the issue. We had the wiring fixed but the issue persisted. Issue was AC would run but for a few hours everyday (hottest time of day would shut off, fan would run but no cooling). Twice I paid the other company $100 + for the house visit with no repair completed. Yes, I know, why did I have the same company come out twice? They found the wiring issue which is what I thought the problem was or was hiding the other. So I figured after the wiring issue they should find the AC issue no problem. Nothing. (Heat ended and I forgot about the issue) Skip forward to this year, temperature warmed and issue returned. I called Ray's this time around. Appointment , was very timely considering we were in a heat wave (less than a week.). Osvaldo, was extremely polite, professional and knowledgable. He found the issue in about five minutes after patiently listening to problem in its entirety (As you can see from the review, I probably went into the details a little too thoroughly). Very reasonable quote for the capacitor and explained why the system had still been running and why it was shutting off. He did the repair on the spot and the AC has been running smoothly and quietly ever since. he also inspected the entire HVAC, found a couple of minor issues that he said could wait but to keep an eye on. I said I would like to get them taken care of, and he fixed them on the spot, he showed pictures of the issues in the areas (attic) that I could not easily observe or inspect.

Absolutely the best place! Very professional! On time, courteous, knowledgeable, etc. They followed up to remind me if the appointment ti make sure everything was still a "go", the tech was very nice and fast, price was great, and they followed up after to make sure I was happy. Highly recommended!

Chris Tucker is the best! I've used his services many times and he is straightforward and honest. Many times it's just a small fix and I'm good to go. I trust his assessments and he's always been right. I also have referred him to family and friends and he's helped them with repairs, fixes and even a whole new system for my brother in law.....They love him too. Quality service at a very fair price.
