I just started using this company and so far service has been great.
We called the owner of RACCO's about our broken office heating system. He promptly sent out one of his service technicians. They quickly diagnosed the problem, but the parts needed were in short supply. They ordered the parts and then scheduled the fix for a week later. The email updates were great and the repairs were even better. I will continue to recommend RACCO Heating & Air Conditioning to others.

I have been using RACCO Heating and Air Conditioning for years and was always very satisfied with the work and the prices. I had a circuit board go out in the FAU which was about $95 - $115 online, so I expected to pay about $250 for the part and since they came out the same day I expected to pay a little more, but this time it was too much. It was what worked out to be $200 dollars an hour (after coupon) in labor that really got me. He was here for 2 hours (40 Minutes of that spent driving to get the part) and the repair cost was $689 ($664 after using online coupon). I guess I will be looking for a new AC service company.
5 star review for me. AC went out, and Ricardo provided me multiple options, did the work efficiently and quickly. I'd recommend Racco to my friends.

I had RACCO out to service my air conditioning unit. They were extremely professional, on time, and high quality work for a fair price. I was so pleased with them I signed up for their annual maintenance program, which is a great deal. I highly recommend them!
I have nothing but good things to say about Ricardo and his company. I had a 22 year old central air and heating system. Ricardo gave me great advice and listened to my needs, answering all my questions regarding efficiency ratings and functionality. His quote was more than fair and he gave me a few options to choose from. He ended up installing two new a/c units and two new furnaces along with all new duct work and registers. Every member of his team was courteous and well skilled. It was a 5 day job and they cleaned up everyday. Needless to say the system is working great. It cools quickly and evenly throughout the house and is a lot quieter. If you want a quality system at a fair price, contact Ricardo. You won't be disappointed!
